I want to understand its value since it will be the revenue generator. My investment depends on that value. Thank you. A: Great chatting with you yesterday, as discussed our premium Team Edition is basically a set of features that enable folks in leadership (head of sales, cs, founders, etc) to roll out Fathom to their entire team or org effectively to not only give the gift of Fathom productivity to everyone but also give them tools to see what's happening on their customer calls. Features include: shared calls view, call metrics, playlists of calls/highlights, @mentions, keyword alerts, team-wide CRM integrati... - Q: Hello, your first point under highlights seems to be an amalgamation of various items. Can you elaborate on your 30% month on month growth please? Are you referring to user growth, subscriber growth, revenue growth, etc? And for which period, since launch/2022 ytd, etc? Thank you A: Great question! We're referring to usage growth over the last 6 months. You can see the usage graph itself in the Growth section further down in the profile. - Q: Q1) This feature seems core to zoom functionality. What will stop them from building this feature and replacing you completely? Q2) Are you using any NLP / AI feature like GPT-3 to provide auto insights/ tagging of the conversation? I assume some companies are already building... A: As one of the top apps on the Zoom Marketplace and a company they've invested in directly, we have a very good and close relationship with Zoom. They want to build a healthy ecosystem of killers apps like ours so I have no concerns about them building or replicating our core functionality (Also, in order to do what we do you need to have Calendar data - we have that, Zoom does not). And yes, we're utilizing various ASR/NLP/AI internally to make Fathom feel as magical as possible. :) - Q: Are you able to share revenue forecasts? Will this work with other platforms such as Teams now or in the future? Can this be patented? A: Though nothing prevents us from supporting other platforms, Zoom has such a large share of the market we plan to stay focused on that platform. Software patents are tough for startups to obtain and enforce. We focus on competitive defensibility through our tech and virality. No revenue forecasts are shared publicly at this time. - Q: Are you pre-revenue? At what point do you intend to hit at least $10mn in ARR and when do you intend to become profitable on an EBIT level? A: We have started running experiments with monetization in the last few months so we're not exactly pre-revenue any more. But we're not at a point where we can provide those sorts of revenue forecasts. We believe the market size here to be equal to that of Zoom itself. Like most VC funded startups, we're more focused on growth than profitability but on a unit economics level there is room for software sized margins.
