## FAQ
1. **Will this film be made regardless of the outcome of the WeFunder campaign? I know there are outside funders this round, so I'm curious what happens in the unlikely event that we miss our funding goal here.**
   - Great question. We need to hit our funding goal in order for the movie to happen, and the campaign launch has made us very optimistic. If we miss our funding goal, no Wefunder investments will be collected and that will be that.
2. **I invested in Haunt Season and want to invest in this movie, too. What's the deadline to invest? That answer must be staring me in the face, but I'm not seeing it.**
   - We're hoping to close by the beginning of April. There's no hard and fast deadline on Wefunder like on the other sites. We just need to cross our goal by then to be able to make the movie.
3. **I'm fascinated by the movie-making process and LOVE Christmas films! If I invest, could I come on-set during filming and experience it firsthand? I'd happily cover my own expenses—I'd just like to be involved beyond simply writing a check and witness the magic happen.**
   - And we're so happy to have you onboard our project!
4. **Is the profit share in perpetuity or does it expire at some point?**
   - The profit share is in perpetuity.
5. **Is there money being collected via other channels or are you still needing ~$40K to be able to move forward?**
   - We need to cross $100k on Wefunder to make the movie. There are other areas of additional funding, but as indicated in our pitch deck, they only account for 2/3 of the budget.

## Q&A
- Q: Has your sales agent disclosed their fee? What's their spending limit and take of percentage of sales? Similar question goes for the distributor (Nicely Entertainment). What is their distribution fee on gross sales?
  - A: There are confidentiality issues with posting distributor's deal points publicly online. But we're happy to have those conversations privately with folks who are interested in coming on as producers. You can hit me up at the contact form on jakejarvi.com if you'd like to chat.
- Q: Is the profit share in perpetuity or does it expire at some point?
  - A: The profit share is in perpetuity.
- Q: how can I make money from investing into your film
  - A: Films become profitable through licenses to various platforms over time. We won't be a theatrical film so we hope to begin with a window of exclusivity with a high profile streamer and then move into broad streaming access with Advertising Video on Demand streamers. Since film is such a high risk investment in the first place, investors are one of the first to see money back and always keep hold of a healthy percentage of the returns as laid out in our pitch materials. Thanks for your question!
