Our goal with this structure is to give you as an investor the upside potential usually only found in early-stage investment funds, with a lean structure that allows our team to focus on the startups while being compliant and abiding by all SEC regulations. EX Venture Is Consulting, Advising International Startup Companies on a post-pay basis. This means we work for free for the first part of the company development, providing all the services and expertise needed to take that company to the growth phase as quickly as possible. Once that company reaches a benchmark, such as a financial raise, we get paid a very large portion of the proceeds as an advisory fee.
