## Story
Public Letter: eNavvi's Investment Opportunity Through CrowdsourcingDear Potential Investors, We are excited to announce a unique investment opportunity in eNavvi, a groundbreaking digital prescription pad platform that is transforming healthcare access and affordability. To support our mission and fuel our next phase of growth, eNavvi is introducing a Crowdsourcing Round for investors who share our vision for a more transparent and accessible healthcare system. Why Invest in eNavvi? eNavvi revolutionizes the way healthcare providers prescribe medication. We are pioneers in leveraging AI-driven technologies and a proprietary electronic prescription network to address critical issues in the prescription process. We have partnered with some of the largest cash price pharmacies, such as Cost Plus Drugs, DiRX, and Blueberry Pharmacy, signed agreement with PBM RxSense for transaction fee model and have expanded to over 35,000+ Nationwide pharmacies including Safeway and Vons via the Team Cuban Card to ensure complete pricing transparency and broader medication accessibility. We are currently in talks with Walgreens. Our product facilitates seamless prescription transmission between clinicians and pharmacies. This approach significantly improves medication accessibility for patients while empowering clinicians with the tools they need to prescribe effectively and efficiently. Return on Investment Following the closure of a SAFE agreement with a post-money valuation of $2M in November 2023, eNavvi is currently positioned at a $7.5M valuation for this round. We believe eNavvi's valuation has increased due to the major achievements we have made since our previous raise. Since November, we have: completed a UI revamp, integrated Cost Plus and joined Team Cuban Card, signed partnership with RxSense for transaction fee model and received access to 35,000+ local pharmacies while achieving revenue. Due to all this progress, and based on a projection of 3,500 users by June 2025, using a 15x discounted cash flows (DCF) multiple, we believe $7.5M is a fair valuation cap. We are strategically aiming for a qualified seed round valuation of $15M+ in late 2024. As eNavvi progresses, we are optimistic about increasing our revenue streams and achieving a state of positive cash flow, which we believe will offer substantial returns to our investors. However, this is not guaranteed.Understanding SAFE'sA SAFE, or Simple Agreement for Future Equity, is an investment contract where investors provide capital to a company, with the agreement that their investment will later convert into equity during a subsequent qualified fundraising round (e.g., the next VC funding round). Designed by Y Combinator, SAFEs are a favored mechanism for startups to efficiently raise early-stage capital.Anticipated Shareholder ExitsInvesting in eNavvi comes with the anticipation of robust returns through several potential exit strategies:Private Secondary Market: Upon reaching a valuation of $30M, we aim to establish a private secondary market, either via a Regulation A/A+ listing or through platforms like Carta, providing investors with liquidity opportunities by allowing them to sell their stock (expected timeline 2-3 years).Company Stock Buyback: Upon reaching a valuation of $40M and achieving positive cash flow, eNavvi intends to initiate an optional stock buyback program, offering shareholders the chance to sell their shares back to the company based on the $40M valuation (expected timeline of 3-5 years).Acquisition: Should eNavvi's valuation surpass $100M, we will consider a strategic exit via acquisition. In such an event, all existing shares would be liquidated by the acquiring entity (expected timeline of 5+ years). We are forecasting a potential return of up to 5x on investment over a 5-year period.Future projections are not guaranteed.Upcoming Milestones for eNavvi in 2024: New Mobile App Beta Launch on September 2024 - Initial release for user feedbackeNavvi Intelligence (AI) Launch September 2024 - Realtime Rx Error Detection and Parevention Subscriber Growth Goal by November 2024 - Achieve 1000 physician subscribersSeed Funding Round Q3-Q4 2024 - Aiming for a valuation of $15+ million to fuel further growthDME & Lab expansion 2025 - Offer cash price options for continuous glucose monitors, wound care supplies, etcYour Investment Will Make a Difference: Your investment in eNavvi plays a pivotal role in our evolution. - Most of our cost is going to R&D, legal, and Medi-span integration. Our CAC is actually very low since we are utilizing our physician networks and we plan to offer both B2C (iPrescribe) and B2B (surescripts). There are quite a lot of info that we are not sharing with public and believe we have some unique angles for GTM as we understand physician pain points better than most. What's your email?

- Q: Just reviewed your market comp comp landscape vs iPrescribe and others.. so is it your intention to compete on price point basically at 1/3 the cost ? Why do that.. since you have a technical and partnership model advantage at play as well.. if you look at the user base of iPrescribe what is keeping them at the $35/mo model. If your targets are MD's and physicians offices etc. they have the cash to support the model if the target market is DTC then yes I see a major cost cut having wheels.. if it's the former B2B then my suggestion is you don't cut the sub model revenues by 2/3rds and find out what early test adopters want to pay given ease of use and access to data, etc. and compete head to head closer to the same cost.. but go offer free trials to conversion to grab some of the iPrescribe user base and give them discounted early access. If they like the utility better they'll pay $35/mo too. So I'm just sharing 101 best practices ideas but you may have evidence that cutting sub cost will increase .. your CAC seems high burn rate, would suggest you find strategic marketing partners who arleady have access to your TAM and work out a scheme so you're not blowing investors cash to get to the TAM thru other means. Creative partnering/marketing. Happy to have a call. Seems like there's opportunity but there's existing competition. Efficient use of capital this early is a MUST. Getting to $15M Valuation .. plenty of hurdles. Fine with the $6.75M cap CN makes sense on this early.

- Q: Hi guys. I've been around mom n pop pharmacy since 70's. Family of pharmacists, i"m the biochemist/comp programmer turned BD/exec in biopharma industry then angel/entrepreneur I work with startups in tech. Was the first guy selling NLP engine to biopharma industry (MEdscan - 2004) was sold to Elsevier large journal co I partnered it with. I'm a strategy advisor to AI startups .. 4 so far, and working on a 5th using OpenAI LLM's /ChatGPT. Not much I don't know about underlying AI tech or the Rx industry, software/apps market. GoodRx is something I met as a startup too. So there's always opp for disruption around affordable care access. It's also messy with insurance/reimbursement and the way pharmas & big ins. run the show. I'm working on a new startups issue with CAC and conversion costs of the app. The user behavior is also seasonal but 'stickiness' and useability are issues. How do you see your business model functioning, what is the mode for customer acquisition /marketing.. CACs and pricing for users.. are you targeting B2B or consumer model. Where can I access your pitch deck. Would like to learn more and happy to connect via email.
- Q: A large market for Cash Price Medications is, believe it or not, is scrips by Veterinarians. For the most part domestic animals are not covered by drug plans. The issue is that some pharmacies do not have the licenses required by states for filling vet scrips (last I checked Cuban's pharm did not have one). Is something like this considered for a future bolt-on line of business? Any other bolt-on lines of business U are thinking about? Do U have a projection of how U will increase the number of doctors on your platform (and resulting income) and get to your projected users? Thx.
