  A: Most of our cost is going to R&D, legal, and Medi-span integration. Our CAC is actually very low since we are utilizing our physician networks and we plan to offer both B2C (iPrescribe) and B2B (surescripts).   A: Hi Lance, Yes we are aware of goodrx and we have signed a co-marketing/revenue generating agreement with SingleCare recently (One of GoodRx's competitor). Our partnership with SingleCare allows us to offer extensive cash price drug options and nationwide pharmacy including CVS, Walmart, Walgreens.
