## Story
Imagine the NFL or the NBA if there was no NCAA! Surprisingly that was the state of the fastest growing sport in the United States, Mixed Martial Arts. A billion-dollar business without a national amateur platform. With your help, we can evolve and create a NCAA atmosphere and business around amateur MMA.Timing:The Sport of MMA is only 25 years old and its natural evolution requires a national amateur organization. Today the Elite Amateur Fight League is the only national amateur platform in the country. With teams for coast to coast and broadcast TV opportunities we are positioned to become the premier amateur MMA organization in the United States.Baseball, football, basketball , and hockey are fully developed sports with limited ownership opportunities reserved for the ultra rich and connected. The Elite Amateur Fight League is a rare opportunity to become an owner in the sports industry. The Elite Difference: We feature the best amateur fighters from across the country in a head to head, team vs team, state vs state, televised national amateur tournament. The Elite Amateur Fight League's team vs team format is designed to capture both hardcore MMA fans, as well as the casual sports fan. A casual sports fan simply is a fan of the home team. Casual fans are linked via geographical ties or peer relations. They still buy the merchandise, buy tickets, and watch events. MMA’s current landscape does not capture this type of fan. We believe our format is the missing piece to reaching 80% more of the sports fan demographic. What we've done so farAfter a year of R&D and producing a concept season in 2015 we proved the platform,Season 1 was televised and included fighters from 4 states, where Dan Henderson’s Team Quest coached by UFC Fighter Sam Alvey, took the 1st national title in Southbend Indiana. In our second season, we added Northern California with fighters from Team Alpha Male and crowned New Mexico featuring fighters from the world-famous Jackson Wink Academy, as Season 2 national champs in San Diego. And Finally in Season 3, we added the east coast with Virginia & and fighters from American Top Team from Florida to the league, stretching our reach from coast to coast. In June of 2019, we crowned team Arizona lead by head coach Santino Defranco (FightReady MMA) as champions against team Illinois in Chicago.Upward Trend: 975% Revenue GrowthIndustry Traction: Over the last 5 years, we’ve invested our own time and money to build this platform and now that we have teams from coast to coast, with the most talented fighters, from the industry’s biggest gyms, it's time to hit the accelerator. How we make money:We have a media product with multiple revenue streams. We make money from B2Bsponsorship sales, Live event ticket sales, and digital content placement. The visionA fan owned sports league would change the face of sports ownership. A national amateur organization with a 32 team broadcast level, national MMA tournament, featuring the best amateur fighters from across the country, will give elite level fighters the platform they deserve and provide fans the ability to watch the future of the sport. What's nextOur plan is to raise $500,000 to fund the growth of the league by giving our fans an opportunity to become equity owners in the next big sports league. We think this opportunity is similar to investing in the UFC 20+ years ago. And, when we're successful, the owners (fans) will all share in the reward. We want to find 1 million MMA fans, hell, sports fans to become part owners of this League. We see MMA fans as having immeasurable power through their passion for this sport! Being an MMA fan is what motivated me to build the EAFL, I believe in the power of fans and a fan-owned company, with your support we can build the future of MMA. Not only will we give amateur MMA fighters the exposure and platform they deserve, but we will also give MMA fans an opportunity to own a piece of the league. Instead of being owned by elite businessmen, we want the EAFL to be owned by sports fans. The business of sports is funded by us the fans, by offering equity ownership to our fans, fans who chose to become owners can now share in the reward. How much to invest? Please only invest what you can afford. Whether you invest a large sum of money or as little as $100, you will be a part owner of a sports league in the fastest growing sport in the world. Come get in the cage with us… Answer the bell! Be part of the future—The Elite Amateur Fight League. "The Future Fights Here."

## FAQ
1. **Do you intend to pay dividends?**
 - Our plan is to build the league to 32 teams with strong value. When we start to franchise and sell off the teams we plan on paying a dividend to all our owners.
2. **How are you getting a $5M dollar valuation? Financials show no assets and no income statements? Also for contributions what equity do we get in the company, for example your debt/ceo ownership equity is ~$68k+ so if I invest $100k I should have more options than the CEO/Founde...**
 - I acknowledge that this type of company is very hard to determine a value on. Using a standard X-times revenue factors does not really work for this type of company. I would like to point out that there is value in industry traction, relevant industry relationships, broadcast opportunities, market penetration, total market size, position in market, and teams as assets to consider. I would also like to point out that we experienced a 975% growth in revenue between 2018-2019. The notion that si...
3. **I want to know the last day to invest in this company. Thank you**
 - We have a hard stop on April 24th. However hope to close this opportunity much sooner. Hope you can be part of the ownership group. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
4. **1) When will financials for 2019 be available? and 2) have you had any investment from the professional MMA community and/or VC related firms? If so, who?**
 - If we chose to conduct a second round our 2019 numbers will be reviewed. We do have UFC fighters and ex NFL players that have invested in the league and we work with many top level gyms to acquire fighters. (American Top Team, Jackson Wink, Team Alpha Male, Fight Ready MMA) just to name a few. While we would be open to a conversation with big investors our objective is to give fans an opportunity to own the league not big business.
5. **Hey Guys, It has always been a dream of mine to be an equity holder in an MMA business and here you are! I believe its great timing and you are capturing a very underserved market so congrats on everything you have accomplished thus far with the relationships you have in place...**
 - I believe it is open to Canadian investors, but I will make sure and get back to you as soon as know.

## Q&A
- Q: Did we launch a new fundraising round at the same valuation as before?
 - A: Craig, hope things are well and thank you for your questions. We have not relaunched the second round yet. We have a big event June 4th. If you would like to attend please let me know. I can have tickets waiting for you at will call.
- Q: Typically when a WeFunder campaign ends, there will about ten days notice with a countdown. Also, the campaign should pull up when searching for 'Ending Soon'. Neither of these occur for this campaign, just an FYI.
 - A: Thanks Criag, We are extending our close date to later in the year.
- Q: When does this fundraise campaign close?
 - A: Craig great to hear from you. We are working hard to extend our raise date but our current raise ends April 24th. We hope you can become part of our ownership group.
- Q: Will you guys be able to weather the storm if live events can't make a comeback within the next year or so?
 - A: Charles, Thanks for your question. We defintelty have adjusted some of our plans to adabt to the new normal. Although nobody really knows what that is yet. We do not currently have much overhead to operate especially since we are not currently allowed to host events. We have also adjusted plans to have studio shows in instead of live events. Because we run so lean I am confident we can make our way out when the smoke clears.
- Q: Jesse, As an investor It's been well over two and a half years since I received any updates from ELITE AMATEUR FIGHT LEAGUE. WHY??? I have not received anything from you. I hope I have not fallen through the cracks. WHAT'S NEW??? Please send me all your updates. Please keep me posted. Thank you.
- Q: So how do I invest in eliteamateurfightleague?
- Q: To Mr. Jesse, I was glad to invest in the fight league, an excellent way to add exposure would be to invest in advertisement wit YouTube, but not with ads. AXIOM FILMS, Dreist Studios, Reznick, TitanTak, all do promotional videos that are top notch. Rather than doing an add that somebody can skip or a short one on a video that may not have the targeted audience, I would gather some highlights of the best fighters, send it to them and hire them to due promos for the fight league as a whole, 1st they already have a following built out of mma fans, 2nd they have viewers that enjoy their style if editing, 3 they do excellent work. I would also share upcoming events with all investors so who live closest to the events, just saying something like "I am going to fight league aren't you?" in the middle of the office would attract attention, as making someone feel left out is more likely to get them to do something than shoving it in there face. T-Shirts would also be an excellent idea, mugs pens etc. Just a few thoughts of mine, much appreciated if you take the time to look. Thank You Sam
 - A: Sam, Thanks for investing in the league and welcome to the team. We have noted all of your suggestions and will reach out to Axiom Films to see if there is an synergy there. Thanks again.
- Q: Hello Jesse, do you plan to start another crowdfunding campaign? It so, when?
 - A: Keith, We plan on relaunching a crowdfunding campaign this month.
- Q: Are you still looking for investors
 - A: John, thanks for your interest. We closed our investment in January. Due to continued interest we are considering reopening the opportunity in 2021.
- Q: What's the minimum INVESTMENT and share price
 - A: thanks for your interest. We closed our investment in January. Due to continued interest we are considering reopening the opportunity in 2021.
- Q: What are contingent plans for 2021 with consideration to the pandemic and amateur fighters not being able to train as much and more importantly, the ability (or lack thereof) to sponsor events with any gate revenue? Also, what streaming distribution is the platform pursuing (it’s own or on other platforms)?
 - A: Avery, Thank you for your question. As you could imagine we get this one a lot lately. Our plans have definitely changed over the past couple of months. For us to run our unique model we need the best amateur fighters in the country. For our athletes to be at their best they need to be able to train at the same level, to assure our competitions are a fair and legitimate platform featuring the best available talent. As we all know States across the country are imposing different restrictions on our industry. From state sanctioning, to gyms, to promotions and live events we are far from business as usual. With that being said we recognize that amateur MMA needs to get back to business as usual so we can scout and recruit the best from each state. Our plans for 2021 is to host fight in events in states that will allow, to build teams. Secondly, we will travel the country and visit gyms, fighters, and coaches where live amateur events are not allowed. We will be video documenting this to help tell our story and record it for broadcast with our media partners. As far as revenue streams, we know we will not be able to count on live event attendance in all areas in the near future. So our sponsorship sales are our focus. With NBC RSN’s as our current broadcast partners with a 35 million plus broadcast reach in 8 sports heavy regions across the country to include New York, Chicago, and California our placement sponsorship opportunities are strong. The key is to get back to business where we can to create both fight and ancillary content, and that is what we will do. For OTT and streaming options, we are visiting and are in talks with several different opportunities. To include building our own. There will be more to report on that in the coming months. Thanks for your interest and we hope you choose to join our ownership group.
- Q: Why is it a minimum $300 investment but showing a $100 perk.
 - A: Hi Shane,During the early bird time frame the minimum investment was set at $100.
- Q: Does this involve dividends, or is this a private stock that builds over time, no dividends? And, if this is an opportunity you love more as time goes on is this something I can invest more in later? Is there a way to keep track of the company outside of wefunder?
 - A: Ben,These are all great questions. I will answer each individually.Does this involve dividends? If there are large profits, we plan on dividend payouts. We see the first opportunity to pay out dividends, when we start to sell team franchises. As far as opportunities to invest more in the future, we are unsure. However we may open opportunities for more investments in the future. As far as keeping track of the company, we are required to report annual financials to all our investors. In addition we will keep all our investors up to date with company news throughout the year via email. We also have public facing media channels. Thanks again for the questions and I hope you decide to join our ownership group.
- Q: Hi Jesse I asked the question if you would. Do more raises next year and you said no I was wondering if there was a change. Of heart because of the pandemic and rule changes to equity crowdfunding thanks
 - A: Scott,Thanks for checking in on this. At this time we are reviewing the new Reg CF regulations and considering extending the raise in 2021. Live sports and recorded sports content has never been more valuable! It would be good to get in early before things adjust up in 2021.
- Q: Is this still available to invest into? Or am i late to the party
 - A: Brennan, you are right on time. The raise closes in less than 30 days. Hope you can become a part of our ownership group.
