1. **Hello that's a great idea and I would like to know Is there any competitors in the market right now? How many companies are using the beta version? Thanks.**
   - Thank you for the question Lawrence. There are competitors for certain pieces but no the big picture. CultureAmp is the closest but they are not trying to make culture visible to the Board, the Investors and Potential employees and I don't think theirs is predictive which ours will be after the AI learns the norm for the companies who use it. We've had around 20 companies using past versions but this new version will be ready for beta in late Dec. or early January. We do have a nice list of c...

   - Thank you for your question Mike. We have some VCs who have invested but as individuals as most of our funding has been angel/seed funding so far. To date, total I've raised a little over $1 million. We filed our Form C today so we will go after VCs next.

- Q: Do I understand correctly that in May 2021 you raised ~$250K at $14M valuation? What happened between May 2021 and September 2021 that raised the valuation to $20M for the early bird and $25M for full valuation?
