1. **Do you own the cars? Or lease them from the manufacturer?**
   - We currently own $160,000 in Tesla's. We will always own a few in each market, yet we built our platform to handle car sharing. So we lease from Tesla owners for a set price per day.
2. **Why only electric cars? Why not Hybrid cars as well?**
   - We are committed to using Tesla because the of the cost to operate, safety of the vehicle and infrastructure. We are licensing our platform to other micro fleets that utilize HEV and BEV.
3. **How do you plant trees for every ride? Where do you find all the land?**
   - We partner with trees.org we make donations based on usage.
4. **Any concerns with Tesla creating its own ride sharing service?**
   - We know Tesla we have its own service that will face the same issues as uber, (no real way guarantee consistency) We also know consumers want choices in their mobility. eCarra is a model of what ridesharing should be look like for the growing EV Market thats consistent. We plan to license our platform to micro fleets that will utilize many brands of sustainable vehicles.
5. **Do you intend to pay a dividend (post-SAFE conversion)?**
   - You will be able to sell your equity post conversion.

- Q: Hello. I invested in the previous round and I'm considering adding to it but I have a few questions regarding update #21: -You mentioned that Crestline has about 1,000 Teslas in hand worth close to $100M. That would be 100K per vehicle, which sounds very high. What model do they have? -How many vehicles can you get with $1M? -Assuming the pilot goes well as planned, will you be able to purchase 800 more vehicles from Crestline after one year? -If so, what level do you think your revenues could reach? Just a ballpark idea, obviously nothing can be guaranteed but it would go a long way to help me visualize the potential of the company. Thanks.
  - A: One of the reasons they reached out to us was because new battery tech and more options leave them stuck with the bag.&nbsp;The pilot is to show we could maintain the entire fleet on our platform, we are negotiating a shared revenue model based on an idea we foster called the Mileage Purchase Agreement.&nbsp;We have the opportunity to utilize the fleet for very little upfront cost mostly logistics during the acquisition process. Basically, they are willing to hand them over if we can make provide revenue and data.&nbsp;Even at 500 vehicles revenues could reach $35M, we very little operating cost, we own the platform.&nbsp;

- Q: Hello. I’ve read in your comments you will look to expand to the west US coast. If you head to Los Angeles, just be aware that Borrow, an EV rental company seems to have a strong foothold there. May not be direct competition but could slow your expansion.
  - A: Brian, Thank you! The truth is these types of businesses help ecarra. We build tools for people that want to use ev's to deliver everything from packages to pizzas. There are many short tern rental services like this that will allow operators to get electric cars at low cost. Then they can use our platform to create micro fleets that can operate better than the "big guys".
