## Story
Year 1 Revenue Reasons to invest October 2020, Earth Rides launched in Nashville, TN completing 2,500 rides with 2,400 downloads with only three (3) vehicles. From January to June 2021, Earth had 18,000 new users and 47,000 riders from 50 partners. We kept the momentum going from July to December 2021 with 25,100 new users, 65,000 riders, from 75 new partners. 2021 we kept our CAC low ($5) and LTV high ($86). Our current competitors (LY), average a CAC of $32 and an LTV of $19 after 8 years of operating.August 2021, Earth Rides launched in Austin, TX. In our first (1st) month of operations, we saw revenue, ridership, and user downloads that took us four (4) months in Nashville to hit.The Short Story of how Earth Rides was born...My mother and Abuela grew up in Panama. Experiencing and learning from their difficulties, drove me to law school. Immigrants are often sold the story that to be successful, becoming a doctor or lawyer is the only way. This is what drove me to law school. While completing my JD from Pepperdine University Law, I experienced serious difficulties with my health. My view of a healthy lifestyle and what health means for me and the people around me drastically shifted. I realized I had to create a more significant impact. I wanted other people to recognize health is more than eating right and exercising. Not only that, but they could have the same luxuries without making tremendous sacrifices. It was then Earth Rides was born. Why start in Nashville? Nashville offered us an emerging market where we could start our grassroots business while making a considerable impact on the environment. Further, I wanted to make an impact on where I was from and improve the air quality. Nashville has air quality similar to Los Angeles on many days. But, Nashville only has 2 Million people compared to L.A.'s 13 Million.Earth's MissionEqual access for all to clean technology. We deliver 250+ meals weekly which has allowed us to begin phasing into onboarding more delivery partners. LIFE Program ("Living Inspired for Earth") Earth Rides drivers are trained to serve the ID community.Earth Rides launched the LIFE Program in May of 2021 to provide reliable rides to the Intellectually Disabled Community ("ID") Drivers on Earth go through training modules to show extra steps have been taken to ensure the ID community is being served. In Nashville, Earth served over 75+ riders in the LIFE Program completing over 1,200 rides. SafetyOur riders love that oftentimes they have the same driver. Each driver is FBI background checked and passes a series of interviews and ongoing training. ReviewsMore app store reviews.CarbonWe are uniquely positioned to sell our carbon offsets on the open market due to our ability to track each mile logged vs the amount of carbon a gas ride would have generated.

## FAQ
1. **What is the level of scale you guys are trying to reach in terms of fleet/earth stations?**
 - In the short term, Earth's expansion plan for the remainder of 2021 is two to three additional B+ cities (1M-3M population size) with mini Earth Stations that serve as a hub for the Earth fleet and public to interface with. Long term, Earth Rides will be in every major metropolitan city across the United States, larger-scale Earth Stations with more amenities, and within each market, we hope to serve the ID (intellectually disabled) community as we do in Nashville.
2. **What time period can investors expect a return on their investment at a 40 million valuation?**
 - If we stay on pace with the last 7 months and launch three new cities this year and 5-7 cities next year, a potential IPO/acquisition could occur within the next 3-5 years. However, investing in any company comes with risks and no guarantees.
3. **If the further expansion into Texas and Florida goes well, will you expand into other cities this year?**
 - Our current plan is to launch City #2 this summer, City #3 beginning of fall, and potentially City #4 end of the year. The amount of capital we raise will directly determine how fast we are able to launch new cities.
4. **Do you have a plan to utilize a fleet of passionate tesla owners who would probably love doing this in their free time a few hours a week?**
 - Yes, our long term plan has always been to have a mixed model. Earth launched with an employee driven, company owned model in Nashville this past October 2020. This model allows us to control the quality of the ride and ensure timely pickups for scheduled rides. This round will allow us to expand into the TNC model (Transportation Network Company)(think Uber/Lyft). In this model, independent contractors that own EVs or rent EVs will be utilized. This will allow Earth to scale and expand much ...
5. **Curious as to the valuation and % return on the convertible note. Can i get a copy of the doc? In addition, is there an opportunity to discuss an investment above the $250?**
 - Article From Wefunder: How much am I allowed to invest? It's complicated. Thankfully, when you sign up for a Wefunder account, we'll do all these calculations for you. The amount you are legally allowed to invest depends on which Regulation the company uses to fundraise. For Regulation Crowdfunding offerings, Wefunder calculates your annual investment limit based on the net worth and income provided upon account opening. ## Q&A
- Q: Aloha! I really love the concept of your business and the drive from your team. Before invest I have a couple of questions: 1. With Tesla creating its own ride-sharing application and insurance program (as of Q4 2020), how would your company compete in a more competitive environment with UBER, LYFT and now TESLA?. 2. I love your city choices for your expansion but how can you draw in drivers from Uber/Lyft? Do you have a diff financial model to incentivize their departure? 3. I noticed the company mentioned it is conducting deliveries in Nashville, will this become a feature of your mobile application or business subscription/contract model? 4. With a 40 mill Val cap (which is usually seen in a series B for companies with recording rev over 1m), is their a discount associated with the convertible note terms? 5. I love your environmental consciousness, is there an rewards program or Earth Elite (made up for example purposes) program for reoccurring users?
 - A: 1. See Chris Boodram's question below. 2. We've found our drivers are not always coming from other ridehail platforms. Our drivers are a mix of creatives, entrepreneurs, a parent looking for stable income, and drivers from public transit. Our drivers choose Earth because of the culture we've built of quality riders and co-workers. Once the TNC model is launched, drivers from other services will choose us as we work with OEMs to offer non-predatory EV lease to own programs. 3. Last Mile Delivery in EVs isn't happening at a global scale. Whether it be packages or people, we believe there is still an opportunity to take a portion of this market. 4. There is no discount associated with this raise. 5. We have an interesting project in R&D with our carbon offsets that we are excited to announce by the end of the year.
- Q: Hello! Before investing, I always do as much research as I can on the company. Your GlassDoor employee reviews are incredibly bad and concerning, and seem to all be well-written and not your run-of-the-mill sour former employee rants, which lends them a lot of credibility. What has been done to address the multiple significant issues reported by employees?
- Q: How did you arrive at the $40M valuation cap
- Q: Hi. Wondering about options within the app. Does the app allow choosing a Model 3 for your ride versus upgrading to a Model Y, Model S, or Model X for example? Or is there a standard rate for any vehicle that comes for pickup? Thanks.
 - A: Hi we currently offer 2 choices within the app. Earth Premium which includes a Tesla Model S, Model Y, Model 3, Mustang Mach-E or Polestar 2 and Earth XL which includes the Tesla Model X.
- Q: It’s been touched lightly from multiple angles but when Tesla owners deploy their vehicles autonomously with Tesla’s ride sharing network, I don’t see how a third party business (more cost) can compete unless your losing money. Am I missing something, or as Tesla’s autonomous owner ride sharing network scales it’s the end of your business? The sentence and question before this, is the most vital to my message here.
 - A: Great question, this is exactly why we currently own all the Teslas. With that being said I don't believe every Tesla owner will want other people riding in their car. Also there are plenty of rides to go around for everyone. Earth, Uber, and Lyft together can't service all the rides happening right now and as car ownership continues to decline the demand will continue to outpace the car/driver supply.
- Q: Uber/Lyft have been critized for paying drivers low wages, and often changing rates with little notification. I'm curious how you pay your drivers, and do you plan to share equity with them?
 - A: Our drivers are paid an hourly rate above the federal minimum wage and on average make $2-$7 extra per hour on tips (depending on the driver, not including cash tips). We are looking into employee stock options as we know the high turnover rate on other ridehail services (80% of the workforce every 6-8 months) eats into profitability. Several drivers have already been elevated to equity holder status.
- Q: I know you are super early stage, and suggesting outside of USA in general seems to make many organisations jittery - but you really should consider looking at Australia (Melbourne and Sydney). Going through your material I saw you mention DA a fair amount and Australia have some good measures in place to support people - most notably the NDIS which can be utilised and scheduled in advance. Presently, the taxi services here utilise this but provide a sub-standard experience. Just a thought.
 - A: Daniel, when I visited Sydney and Brisbane I was able to experience this firsthand. I paid $$$ for a trip from the Opera House to our Airbnb in Bondi Beach. We really enjoyed the country and you are right that ER would do great there. Perhaps you're on to something.
- Q: Amazing concept and highly interested in investing. What’s the rate on the debt?
 - A: The rate on the debt is approximately 6%
- Q: Hi, I would love to hear about how the company is doing so far and updates about our investment in the company. Is there an app to trace our investment? I will appreciate if this information is provided thank you.
- Q: Please explain what happened to Earth Rides business and shutdown abruptly to all investors.
- Q: How to invest? What is the criteria to invest?
- Q: Have your company lokk into the Midwest like Indianapolis Indiana I use to drive for uber and lyft thoses company cut the driver pay like crazy about 500 driver quit during the covid19 period we need your services here asap
- Q: Where and how do I invest in the Earth Ride company
- Q: Btw, on other investments, CEO and the leadership posted contact addresses....not just a Forum....
- Q: I made a small investment on the 31st of MAR. I tried to add something to my investment, but wefunder has not set up a way to do that.
