Mobile games dun rite: created by gamers, for gamers

## Elevator pitch
As avid gamers ourselves, we grew frustrated by the stagnancy of some of our favorite strategy games. So we assembled a team of 18 to build new and innovative modes never before seen in a mobile strategy game – and investors have already committed $435K to make our dream a reality. We’re the first company to layer monetization strategies (customization, upgrades, and a player-to-player marketplace powered by cryptocurrency) to maximize our revenues.

## FAQ
1. **What kind of investment is this? Is it debt, convertibles, common stock or preferred stock**
 - It is a convertible note. Thanks for your interest.
2. **Have you earned any money from your games How much?**
 - Our game hasn’t launched yet so none as of now. We plan to launch Q2 2019
3. **Is this investment option closing when you reach a certain amount? If so how close are you to that?**
 - We have capped it at 600,000
4. **To give some perspective, if I were to invest $5k, what percentage of the company would that equate to? Thanks Jake!**
 - It’s impossible to answer that at this point. The note would convert at a later date and your equity would be determined by the valuation of the company at that time. It does have a cap of 10million. Sorry for the non answer.
5. **What perks come with the investment? With CrowFall, in which I'm an investor, there's access to the game in beta, bling on the forum profile and at publishing, there will be a copy of the game. Perks might be that little something that helps nudge someone into investing or inv...**
 - As of right now there are no perks that come along with investing like that, and since our game is free to play the copy wouldn’t make much sense. However if you decide to invest and are interested in beta testing I bet we could work something out ;)

## Q&A
- Q: Dun Rite you have yet to give us status on your company. We invested and yet you hold us, hostage, by not letting us know the status of the investment. If you are bankrupt or we lost investment we need to know. Lack of info will be the death of crowd notes. Seeing how you have not shared any info on status of investments how will you get others to invest in future with Dun rote or any other company you work at? Disappointed.
- Q: Any updates? Been quiet way too long!
- Q: Jake, I think all investors would be very interested in receiving investor-specific updates vs. the same updates available to the general public on YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Of course, we all want you and the team focused on the product and don't want to distract from that as the most important goal, but a nod to investors on a periodic basis may go a long way. Thanks.
- Q: Has this company gone bankrupt?
- Q: All, What is the status of investments in Dun Rite Games? have they ceased operations? Need info for taxes.
- Q: Looks like this is another Wefunder rip off the small investor scam of a company.Years go by and the companies stop updating the founders of the companies like us and Wefunder does noting to help the investors since they took their cut off the initial investment . The SEC should investigate them and stop them from suckering in small people like us. Shame on them and this company!
- Q: Someone really needs to post an update!
- Q: Is the launch proceeding?
- Q: When do I tecieve a stock certificate?
- Q: I just saw the announcement for the KS for RoR. It looks promising. I see this as the perfect way to offer perks for investors. Give investors KS perks or diamonds. "For $100, you get the same rewards as someone who backs the KS at $50." An investor specific bling would be awesome. "Dude, why is your name in bold?" "Because I'm an investor in Dun Rite!" "Woah."
 - A: Hey man. I do see what you are saying but we look at an investment in the company as its own reward. We want to keep the two separate. Hopefully at the end of the rainbow you will feel the same way :)
- Q: Noticed the kickstarter page, couple of questions before jumping in; 1) Why not give the same incentives to people who invest on Wefunder? 2) Why no updated roadmap/comments/investor update given the new information shared on kickstarter? 3) Is it possible to see any more concrete evidence of progress then what is currently available? One of my main concerns preventing me from pulling the trigger was Jake's original YouTube video where he basically said he has no idea how to make a game, only the vision. While I believe he has the vision progress/proof on implementing the vision would be nice.
 - A: Hi Michael, thanks for the interest in our company. I'll try to answer your questions as thoroughly as I can and in order. 1) We clearly see the difference between investing in equity in the company through WeFunder and getting in-game goodies on kickstarter. Those are very different platforms and the benefits of one are not the same as the other. We wanted to keep that difference in our offering as well. 2) We can update people on WeFunder through the updates, which we have been doing, but we cannot modify "our story" here in WeFunder, so we do not attempt to do that. 3) While Jake has the vision in the game, I'm the Engineer in charge of making everything happen. Plus, I'm not alone. We hired a world-class team with tons of experience making video games for all platforms. The evidence will be shown during our Beta program, which you should be able to see once it's out. Thank you for your interest once again, and we hope to see you coming on board as an investor.
- Q: I see Fortnite Referenced a couple times. That game is on multiple platforms other than mobile. Do you guys plan to bring this game to other platforms than mobile?
 - A: At launch it will be on Android and iOS, possibly on PC in the future.
- Q: Sounds like an interesting approach. Couple topics with multiple questions. 1. The TEAM - I hopped on LinkedIn to review some profiles. Is this your only focus right now or are you involved in other projects? Ricardo your lead engineer and co-founder is also currently listed as the founder for about 4 different startups which is worrying. Is his focus going to be full time or not? Lastly for the remaining 16 people on your team how many of those are fully dedicated or part time? 2. FINANCIALS - As this is the first game you will be building, do you have a handle on how much cash you will need to raise in order launch in Q2 2019? Essentially what is your current burn rate and are you fully staffed to get the game to market or will you need to hire more (I.e. spend more than the current rate). Lastly, you set a goal of $600k for this raise. If you don’t hit that number are you going to need to rely on accredited investors to fill the gap? Thanks!
 - A: Hi Michael, appreciate the interest, thoughtful process and keen eye ;) 1. Team - I did some spring cleaning now on my LinkedIn profile. Two of the four roles I had have now been closed. One was a wrong fit and the other one was simply my consulting arm in US which I'm in the process of closing. My two main roles are Dun Rite Games and EliteSports/Sonsin. We are using EliteSports as the development arm for Dun Rite Games in Mexico, taking advantage of the talent and cheaper workforce. My focus is about 90% Dun Rite Games. All the rest of the team is 100% focused on building the game, all full time. 2. Financials - Building a team this size would take considerably more money in the US than it does in Mexico, so our financials are being handled appropriately. We are fully staffed to go out with a solid version of the game, while we have tons of ideas to create an even bigger game if we do get more funds to hire a bigger team. While we may or may not reach the $600k here, we have a crowdfunding campaign going out in the near future that will also help. The campaign will offer in-game goodies and other unique backer-packages, like early access to the game, exclusive skins that will only be available at this time and other exciting features. This has been requested time and time again from our followers on YT and other social media. I hope this answers your questions to your satisfaction. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other comments. Thank you for your interest!
