Daniel's has been operating profitably in Manhattan for five years straight, generating $2.43M in cumulative revenue. Our current run-rate is $550k annually from a single location. Each store targets $550k in annual revenue based on 173 daily transactions at a $9 average ticket, 360 operating days per year. Our cost structure breaks down as 30% COGS, 32% labor, and 15% rent and utilities, leaving a 20% store-level EBITDA margin at maturity.
