   - Hello Lea and thank you for your question. We are in the "Preclinical" stage of development. Our objective is to advance Corvida™'s development through Phase 1 and Phase 2 human trials, which will take 4-5 years. At this point we plan to sell or license Corvida™ to a large pharmaceutical company. They will conduct the Phase 3 trials and commercialize the product, which may take an additional 3 - 5 years.

We are actively pursuing other funding sources including Venture capital on non-dilutive sources such as grants and subsidies to complete the preclinical phase and Phase 1 studies.
