As for the size of the public art industry, I will give you the numbers we now have on hand. Public art is an invisible industry, in that there are so many players and financial transactions that most people are not aware of. For example, creating a large sculpture involves an artist team, fabricators, lighting, technology (often), engineers, landscaping and installation, shipping and logistics. We have app. 35,000 of that international community in our database. We are just finishing up our major survey of the industry, and can say with conviction that it is at least $4 billion. Currently, we are capturing very little of those transactions (almost none), but we are in the process of developing a platform that will be able to capture a much larger percentage. The good news is that we are at the center of this universe, and have developed a very strong brand. The bad news is that the platform we are building will not be up and running until 2025. As for loan payments, we have negotiated a lower SBA loan payment for this year, and are working with WEDC on the loan payments. We have raised the money to develop this new platform and are hard at work on that. As a result of this development work, I do not anticipate that we will be profitable this year.
