I can tell you that this is my first experience with these SAFE notes and crowdfunding, usually I do like to stick with traditional equity offerings but since we have such a big presence through social media and already being seen by millions on shark tank I felt that this is a great opportunity for us to offer non accredited investors to be apart of this exc...

## Q&A
- Q: Do you intend to pay a dividend?
 - A: Great question Craig yes we intent to pay solid dividends out of cash flow annually or semi annually. CocoLove CocoVinny🌴❤️🤙🏼
- Q: Planning to invest in CocoTaps. A suggestion for your website: a 'Where To Buy' page. If these are sold in retail locations, it would be great to look them up. For example, where can I buy them in Arizona? Thanks!

- Q: I'm interested. What is the current valuation on the business and the Annual Dividend Rate? Thanks Anthony
 - A: Anthony please email us this is an old offering page cocovinny@cocotaps.com
- Q: If I wanted to Invest a great sum of money, how much would I be able to contact you or your company to speak with someone directly?
- Q: Thanks Coco Vinny. When can we expect the coconuts to be in stores in the Northeast? Right now I only see deliveries in bulk.
- Q: I am glad to see you are a B Corp. Do you plan on selling mixed alcoholic beverages? I am asking as I am an ethical investor staying away form alcohol type products.
 - A: Umair,Great question... We don’t sell any alcohol products and nor do we plan on selling alcohol. Our customers once they buy our coconuts are sometimes going to mix our fresh coconut water with other spirits and make their own coconut cocktails but as far as our company profiting from alcohol we don’t have those licenses nor do we want to obtain the rights to sell alcohol. We are strictly focused on delivering the freshest ZeroWaste coconut water in nature’s packaging and we want to change the world one fresh tapped coconut at a time. Looking forward to seeing your investment come in and having you in as a shareholder!!! CocoLove CocoVinny🌴❤️🤙🏼
- Q: In your form C or financial statements it mentions that the company owns a restaurant called The Empanada Shop. Why do you own such an entitity and are you planning to sell it any time soon? Seems a bit strange.
 - A: Uimair,Great question we actually don't own the whole Empanada company we own a small 25 percent stake in The Empanada Shop. It was an investment that I personally had made before CocoTaps had officially launched. Since it was an asset on our corporate balance sheet rather than spend more money to remove it we just left it in our list of assets as added value. Just so you know The Empanada Shop is the only USDA Certified Organic Empanada and tamale company in southern California and they serve only the freshest ingredients and care about healthy people, planet, and profits like us here at Coco Taps. In addition there's even more synergy because they are going to be serving our fresh tapped coconuts as soon as we open up our tapping center in California. Currently we are servicing the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding community.Looking forward to seeing you as a shareholder soon. CocoLove CocoVinny🌴❤️🤙🏼
- Q: The way you shape the coconuts, is that your design or can a Company like Vita take that from you and take over your market? Will you do private Label to bigger Company?...love the idea, keep it up bro.
 - A: Clifford,Great question this shape and design is called the diamond cut. It’s not something that proprietary but we do have IP around our taps and the way we see the market growing that there’s room for many players in the space. Similar to how many car companies there are out there in the world. We like to see ourselves as collaborators and problem solvers instead of competitors. Looking forward to seeing your name on the shareholder list. CocoLoveCocoVinny🌴❤️🤙🏼
- Q: Thinking about tossing in $2,500. When do you think the campaign will close, CocoVinny?
 - A: Timothy we are going to close the campaign soon not sure exactly when but a couple months more at the latest. Looking forward to having you in as a partner. CocoLoveCocoVinny🌴❤️🤙🏼
- Q: CocoVinny, which are the percentage in cost represent the plastic part of the tap?
 - A: Eligio,Great question currently out Tap is Approximately 12-15 percent of our total cost of goods so around $.35 cents per tap and cap of the whole unit cost. We are also creating an alternate material that will eliminate plastics entirely so hopefully by next year in 2019 we will have a tap that’s completely #Zerowaste and won’t harm the ecosystem at all if they are not reused or recycled. Here’s an article that we were mentioned in this past week. https://www.environmentalleade...Talk soon hopefully we will see you and all your friends investing in our project before the new year. Happy Holidays 🙏🏼🤙🏼❤️🥥CocoLoveCocoVinny🌴❤️🤙🏼
- Q: Really like to invest but what happens with my investment if you dont raise min 50k ? Money back or lower min. Target ?
 - A: Yves,Great question. We actually just got confirmation that an investor will be posting up over $35,000 soon in the new year so we will definitely be reaching our minimum goal of $50,000 but just in case for some reason we don’t reach the minimum all the funds are returned and go back to the original investors. Since we still have at least a couple more months we anticipate we will definitely reach our goal. The company is gaining lots of new accounts each week and we are super excited for the growth and updates ahead in 2019. Thanks for you support and we look forward to having you as an investor and partner. CocoLove CocoVinny 🌴❤️🙏🏼🤙🏼
- Q: The SAFE lists "Monarch Media" not CoCoTaps. Does Monarch Media have full ownership and rights to all CoCoTaps products and their financial value until a liquidation event?
 - A: Yes Monarch Media LLC is the holding company that has all patent, trademark, and DBA right to Coco Taps 🌴❤️CocoLoveCocoVinny 🌴❤️🥥
- Q: For branded coconuts, are those the 1) actual coconuts in your photos that still contain their own water or 2) do you create coconut containers, brand them and then fill with the coconut water? I'm trying to understand how the actual coconut gets branded and polished while containing its water inside or it's filled later during your manufacturing process. Thanks.
 - A: Carl great question, we have developed the first #zerowaste certified production systems for coconuts. What you see branded is the actual coconut and we simply add our patented Coco tap and brand the coconuts with our hot branding plates. No additional container is made and yes it’s the freshest coconut water made from nature. We are partnering with Mother Nature and using her original packaging. We are against any and all extra man made manufacturing and are super passionate about inspiring circular economic designs for a cleaner more productive future. We hope you become apart of our coco family of shareholders and help us spread this cocorevolution by sharing the wefunder.com/CocoTaps link. CocoLove CocoVinny🌴❤️🤙🏼
- Q: CocoVinny, I got another question! Do you intend to make a new tool to bust up the coconut after you drink the water? So everyone could eat the coconut meat preferably with ease. I'll be stoked to get the meat and the drink after all!
 - A: Jennifer first let me apologize for calling you Jeff in the last reply. Autocorrect got me good on that one. We actually have a super easy and simple way to get the meat out of the coconut. Here’s a link to our Instagram highlight that shows you how easy it is. https://www.instagram.com/s/aG...Please let me know any other questions! CocoLove CocoVinny 🌴❤️🤙🏼🌎
