# the Second Round of CityFreighter Inc.

The ultra low floor commercial EV platform targets RV and multiple billion-dollar niche markets

## Elevator pitch
Cityfreighter develops an EV platform, from the start purposefully built for last-mile delivery and urban logistics, which is modular, customizable, and designed for ease of manufacturing. We are mainly using existing and proven components, not trying to reínvent the wheel. Our modular concept will decrease development costs and time-to-market significantly. Plus, we will develop smart solutions for the logistics industry, e.g., the intelligent mobile hub

## Story
Here you go. We are close to sign a deal with a prominent European RV manufacturer and will then take a different route of funding. The campaign is still open to invest, so this might be an opportunity. We believe that the direction we take, combining different niche markets, starting with RVs, will open multiple opportunities. We worked heavily the last months on this project development, together with the RV manufacturer, and we have come from an electrified chassis to a versatile, modular, software platform which, we believe, is going to disrupt the market.Forward-looking statements are not guaranteed.

## FAQ
1. **This looks like a fantastic idea. Your progress is amazing. You have product in Market. You have an open order for 500 units. Why are you valuing the company so low? Again I think this will be a huge success. Electric vehicles are the future. I am so glad that you are so far a...**
 - Samir, really good question. We are not there yet but want to move quickly to be on the same levels as Rivian or Arrival. Once we can show the beta I am sure things will move. We want this to be happen asap as the market demand is growing. So this is an opportunity here to become part of the exciting future, at a great valuation
2. **Very interesting approach to a large market. I have a few questions. 1. Is the modular approach expected to result in easier / lower cost repairs for customers? 2. What are your expectations on margins and profitability? For instance, on a $60K vehicle, what rough cost do you ...**
 - Paul, 1. Yes, TCO is an important part of the concept. We believe that electric drivetrains and batteries will become commodities and we focus on those things as you mentioned, e.g. "click and go" exchangeable bumper parts, or differentiating between using cheap brake pads which take a longer time to replace than for example using plug and play ones from Brembo (just as an example, electric vehicles do not need to change brake pads often, because of recuperation). We will come up with interes...
3. **Hi. Can you give me a breakdown of your revenue goals for the next 5 years instead of just year 5? Also, the 1.14 B shown in the 5 year forecast is for year 5 alone or cumulative for 5 years?**
 - Hi Leonardo, yes it is cumulative. Y1 2021-$0, Y2 2022-$60,950, Y3 2023-$112,450, Y4 2024-$195,300, Y5 2025-$260,500, Y6 2026-$523,320. We believe that this projection is quite a conservative one, in specific if you look at the current market development.
4. **I know there is a lot of competition in this space at the moment. Workhorse I assume would be one of your main competitors. How are you different from all the other companies at the moment competing in this space? Also is your ultimate plan to IPO?**
 - Hi Camille, we don‘t classify them as competitors, more as a kind of market participants. It is important for all companies in this field to succeed. We followed Workhorse for some time and it is a good example how things will go if you do not focus to make one product right. However, looks like this has changed and that they found their way now. I had a chance to look at their new C650 at the Work Truck Show in Indiana this year. If you would have the chance to compare our CF1...
5. **Why do you think there is a market (or, rather what market exists) for a commercial vehicle that can only be used for 2 or 3 hours a day before requiring an overnight charging session? As an operator running an 8-hour/day operation, do I have to buy 3 trucks instead of 1, in o...**
 - Thomas, we are focusing on the inner-city "last mile" delivery market. Those delivery vehicles operate within a maximum range of 50-80 miles per day and therefor the range provided is more than sufficient for a daily operation of one truck. We will offer fast-charging as an option. And you could extend the range by using a larger battery (unfortunately the main cost factor for EV's). When developing an EV truck it is important to optimize every single part and to save weight. We are quite sur...

## Q&A
- Q: Very interesting approach to a large market. I have a few questions. 1. Is the modular approach expected to result in easier / lower cost repairs for customers? 2. What are your expectations on margins and profitability? For instance, on a $60K vehicle, what rough cost do you anticipate? At what production volume should the company be profitable? 3. Do you have an exit strategy in mind? (If so, what?)
 - A: Paul, 1. We will come up with interesting features and our talks with fleet operators, e.g. UPS, confirm that answers to issues like the repair of composite bodies are pretty important. 2. This is a lot influenced by the price development of the batteries. In our business plan, we are planning to become profitable in 2023 at 10,000 vehicles/year, and we are planning to reach a pretax profit close to 9% in 2026. 3. The question every start-up likes -:)- well, I would either prefer a buyout or an M&A, an IPO would be not out of the question as well
- Q: I recently read an article on the funding Rivian has received for their EV Delivery vans from Jeff Bezos, Soros, T Price Rowe, and Ford and it would appear they are not that much further along. In fact your concept has greater appeal and function. All you lack to get this off the ground is a major backer. Have you tried to strike a deal with FedEx, UPS or the Postal Service for funding or purchase orders?
 - A: Hi Stephan, you nailed it. This is the reason we are pushing ( with the help of this campaign as well) to get the beta out and ready asap. We are pretty much convinced that there will be a major backer then. We are working on some valuable collaborations which will help to get there as fast as
- Q: Have you looked into the airport ground service equipment industry to market these types of vehicles? Based on my experience, most GSE rely on the ICE for power. The low floor and box shaped bay may be advantageous to light air cargo or catering transport at and around the airport.
- Q: I am happy with how far CITYFREIGHTER INC has come thus far and look forward to increasing my stake. However, when the time of the IPO comes, I hope you'll remember that angel investors made your roots stronger. Please remember to use a broker that helps/enables your angel investors to easily transfer and sell their shares if they chose to enjoy their due Return On Investment like sharks/venture capitalists have done over the years. I hope we won't be screwed like Monogram Orthopedics (MGRM) recently messed up its angel investors.
- Q: Why you are not using green hydrogen as battery rather than Electric battery where the electric battery take long time for charging around 3-6 hours in your vehicles for around 100 miles so the green hydrogen more efficient where is more sustainable with environment and the changing time is only view minutes and the distance is much longer for example in Morocco they have produce the first national car working with green hydrogen battery .
 - A: We are open to new technologies and we are watching the hydrogen developments. The required range of our vehicles will be around 100 miles and they will be charged overnight at the depot. Ideally suited for electric battery operation. The initial cost of a hydrogen vehicle is much higher and even "green hydrogen" is not as efficient. We believe hydrogen will be an alternative for long haul trucks.
- Q: What is the price per share for the Second Round of CityFreighter? I invested back in December 2020 in a previous fundraising round but would like an answer to the question above before I invest again in this round. Thanks.
 - A: Wesley, wefunder works with SAFE. Your investment turns into shares in the next funding round, at a pre-fixed valuation (post-money early bird = 23M). So a share price is hard to predict but with a, lets say $1,000 investment you would own 0,00435 % of the company before the next round. Does this help?
- Q: What is the dollar amount per share?
 - A: You pay for owning a percentage of the compsny before the next round happens
- Q: What ROI should an individual expect to receive from a $100 investment?
 - A: Chris, this is quite a question. And I can't answer that in numbers. Investors usually invest to expect a return in multiples... We will strive to grow the company but we can't guarantee any results or ROI numbers. You can determine where we are at the moment. If we move further and achieve our goals you could do your own math.
- Q: Great business model. What cities do you guys operate/look to operate in?
 - A: Gregory, we will focus on global markets, starting with the US and Europe. Major cities like LA and NY are for sure on the map but not exclusive. It is first of all as well depending on our customers.
- Q: Should go public via a SPAC. Now is the time
- Q: Minimum investment amount?
 - A: 250USD
- Q: Do you have any plans for AI implementation?
- Q: How do I In vest ?
- Q: What is the minimum investment?
 - A: 250 USD
- Q: I want to invest . how long the money will be kept in the investment. Subash.
 - A: We cant answer that, it depends on our progress
