Some well-known names in Baltimore's culinary and cocktails scene are banding together to bring an "irreverently reverent" experience to the city this summer. Chelsea Gregoire, a former beverage director for True Chesapeake Oyster Co., Ida B's Table, Topside and other local restaurants, will join with Marisa Dobson, the founder of food-focused PR firm Scintillate, and Martha Lucius, a veteran Baltimore restaurateur and culinary consultant, to open Church, a cocktail bar in Old Goucher.

Hospitality industry veterans Chelsea Gregoire, Marisa Dobson, and Martha Lucius have partnered to open their own bar at 2219 Maryland Avenue in Old Goucher. The bar, named Church, is a project that has been many years in the making for Gregoire -who holds a Bachelor of Science in religion and a Master of Arts in theology from Liberty University.
