## FAQ
1. **How do i see shares**
 - Hey Trevin, I'm not sure I follow. Could you please elaborate a little? Thank you!
2. **Hello, is there plans for distributions to be made or are the shares intended to be like Green Bay Packer stock where you are investing into a non profit ?**
 - Hey Matthew, this is very different from the Green Bay Packers stock though there are some similarities. We are a public benefit corporation, which is a for-profit company but still has social impact purpose. Distributions may be made in the future if the board approves them. It's important to note that this is a long term focused investment. There are no immediate plans to make distributions as profit will likely be needed to continue to grow the organization for the near future. If there is...

4. **Tim - Chattanooga Resident and Serial Wefunder Investor here. I like the idea behind this raise and will probably join in. I've been vocal about my support of CFC and Pro-Rel. While I know you are disappointed with the circumstances of what became Traitor SC... I mean Red Wolv...**
 - Hey Ken, thanks for your support and your questions! The Times Free Press ran a story this past week about our perspective on both teams. Please check it out for some good thoughts from Tim! Friendlies may be possible down the road a few years. As for sponsors, they have been very supportive! In fact, we have had more interest than ever from new sponsors as well.
5. **Will dividends be paid out?**
 - Not automatically, must be upon declaration of the board (which will include a member of this share class).

## Q&A
- Q: Is it too late to buy?
 - A: Hey Jamie, our campaign closed on June 1 so unfortunately, it is already too late to invest in Chattanooga FC. We could certainly do another in the future, but have no plans to do so at this time.
- Q: I purchased the stock in my name and would like to change the name on it. Can I change the name to my son's name? if so how would I do it?
 - A: Hey Jerry, please try if you can change it by visiting https://wefunder.com/welcome and navigating to the account tab. If you can't, you should contact Ryan, one of our contacts at WeFunder who will be able to help you. Here is his email address: ryan@wefunder.com
- Q: How do I purchase a share for a friend and hold it to give it to them for their birthday in July?
 - A: Hey Matt, you should contact WeFunder if you want to transfer one of your shares to a friend. You can contact Ryan, one of our WeFunder contacts. His email is ryan@wefunder.com. Hope this helps!
- Q: How do we get the jersey with our names on it if we aren't local?
 - A: Hey Tristan, you can get your jersey shipped to your home address (there will be shipping options for out of towners).
- Q: you guys keep asking about voting rights look at the valuation. They are selling 400 shares of stock out of 23,600 total issued shares. Your vote will not count. Aside from that there will be additional raises in the future I am sure which will dilute your position, or a cash call. This is not a money making investment. Do it because you want to support your team.
 - A: Scott, we are selling 8000 shares, or around 30% of the club, and the Supporters Shareholders DO have certain voting rights, including the ability to elect a full voting director to our board, and liquidation rights should the club ever sell.
- Q: My order was cancelled "Cancellation Reason: We were legally required to cancel your investment because there was a material change to the offering and you did not reconfirm." -- what the hell? There's absolutely no indication through email or wefunder I needed to reconfirm anything.Edit 7/16 -- I received a note from Wefunder that it was a bug in their system and they're saying they've reinstated the funding.
 - A: Great! We sent them your note and looks like they got it figured out!
- Q: Do owners receive any discount on the alternate jersey?
 - A: Hey Bryce, Yes, owners get a 10% discount on ALL CFC merchandise for the rest of this year. You must type the OWNER code in at checkout, so you will get the discount.
- Q: Hello. Nice to see the campaign went so well. I invested with two shares and have yet to receive the welcome email or info as to "next steps" (if there are any). Where is the best place to go for an update? Thank you.
 - A: Hey Tamra, Sorry about that. You should have received our 'Welcome email' by now and some current information as an update.
- Q: How do I invest in Chattanooga fc
 - A: Hey Jon, our campaign closed on June 1 so unfortunately, it is already too late to invest in Chattanooga FC. We are sorry but thanks for reaching us out!
- Q: I have already bought 1 share and decided I wanted to get another - and I'm not sure I did it right, and didn't get a confirmation email about the additional spend. Did it show up on your end?
 - A: Hey Chase, I just sent you our Welcome email again and check your information in our database. It seems you bought one share on January 27 but just one. I will contact you by email.
- Q: When will the alternate jersey with all of the names of the investors be available for purchase?
 - A: Hey Maxwell, the jersey will be available on the CFC shop online for order soon (with shipping options for out of towners).
- Q: Hey guys just came across this. Was honestly wondering what all those yard signs popping up around town meant and looked into it a but more and now im here. I have 1 question. While i love the CFC games and help funding them sounds great, this seems to have its roots more down the line of an investment rather than a donation. So my question is this. Whats the benefit of owning more than 1 share? I saw that discounts and voting rights are given to those who buy at least 1 share but why buy more? Do these carry a market value, or do owners also receive some for of dividend? Would love to receive a more clear answer as the website and video are a bit vague on what it means by "finacial rights" and the "equity" that comes from owning a share.
 - A: Yes, there are multiple tiers of benefits, which are described on the site! And it is true equity in the company so the shares have value. If the company makes profit, the supporters shareholders are eligible for dividends if the board declares one. All of this information is here on the site!
- Q: How do I buy on for my son?
 - A: Hey Jaime, how old is your son? If he is under 18, you should buy as many shares you want for yourself now and transfer them to the minors when they turn 18. Unfortunately, we do not allow investments under minors names. If he is over 18, I suggest you create an account under his name, email, and contact information. If you would like, WeFunder can provide you with a contract that can be used to transfer these shares in the future. Please contact Ryan, one of our contact at WeFunder, who will be able to help you in this sense. His email address is ryan@wefunder.com Hope this helps!
- Q: Hello, is there plans for distributions to be made or are the shares intended to be like Green Bay Packer stock where you are investing into a non profit ?
 - A: Hey Matthew, this is very different from the Green Bay Packers stock though there are some similarities. We are a public benefit corporation, which is a for-profit company but still has social impact purpose. Distributions may be made in the future if the board approves them. It's important to note that this is a long term focused investment. There are no immediate plans to make distributions as profit will likely be needed to continue to grow the organization for the near future. If there is a sale of the club in the future, all shareholders will participate in the transaction. This is very different from the Packers model as our understanding is that if their team were to ever be sold, the profits go to back to the Green Bay Packers Foundation.
