## Elevator pitch
We manufacture a line of one of the most advanced point-of-entry water purifications anywhere. Called Caripur H2O, our ultrafiltration based purifiers are designed to purify water as it enters your home. They use almost no energy and will run from solar energy. They remove harmful elements from water including bacteria, viruses, parasites, pesticides, chlorine. A minicomputer monitors the system, the water, and controls purging. They operate 5-7 years before requiring minor maintenance.

   - The target market currently is the Caribbean and Africa. We are point-of-entry not Municipalities. We have NSF certification for our nanofiltration membranes, but not for our UF, it has not been required, so for those, we simply have labs performed by multiple entities

   - Hello Scott: our CIK ID is 0001854862

   - Hello Eric: We are only beginning to sell. The people listed on the website are the first to purchase. Prior to that, we have been conducting Pilots and testing for almost 2 years.
4. **1-What is the cut-off date for the current round? 2-Will subsequent rounds offer the same convertible note structure as the current round? 3-What is the investing relationship of the parent company to the subsidiary?**
   - Hello Michael, the cut-off date of the current round is September 1, 2021. Subsequent rounds will be similar yes. The parent company has NO investing relationship, save providing IP rights to CWT. CWT will be self-funded via this vehicle.
