  - A: Yes, this round is exclusively for the app. The long term implications is either an IPO or acquisition. As far as future rounds for the parent company, that will be years from now.
- Q: Hello family, first congrats on an amazing product and momentum you've built. You've answered most the questions, but what's still fuzzy is the relationship between BS entertainment and publishing. I get entertainment is the parent company and this campaign is for the publishing. It also appears like BSE owns 51% of BSP and this campaign will be issued preferred shares that have no voting rights. I assume BSE owns copyright to the material, but what I don't understand is how BSP makes money. Is it just through ads in the app. And in the event of a M&A, most likely it would be of the parent company, so what value does BSP bring to the deal if it has to liscense from BSE?
  - A: BSP makes money with typical app monetization such as ads, subscriptions, microtransactions. It will also be licensing original IP in the future. Not all titles will be developed by BSE. BSP will have a life of its own as it matures.
- Q: How you evaluate your company at 15 million dollars? What metrics you used to measure this evaluation?
  - A: It's actually at a 13.1M valuation. The metrics are the amount of IPs currently under license or owned by BSP Comics, including the massive popularity of the source materials. We are also in a very narrow industry where all the competition has been getting bought out left and right for hundreds of millions of dollars.
