## FAQ
1. **I'm very interested in the core product but one of my concerns is the additional revenue stream of launching a cryptocurrency. What is the purpose of launching a cryptocurrency, is it tied to a tangible use (i.e. computation power for Ethereum and blockchain storage for Fileco...**
   - Hi Steven we completely understand the concern and rest assured our main focus for the time being is improving and expanding our GIS map. We will only pursue a cryptocurrency to raise a small fund that we can use to develop multifamily projects ourselves using the latest in construction technology as an example that others can follow but that won't be till much later. We currently deliver our reports manually in the city of Los Angeles and a list of municipalities we've highlighted on our web...

3. **Is permit.com a competitor? Also, how are you protecting your IPs?**
   - Hi Omar no they are not. We handle more complicated localized zoning code that consists of numerous overlays that is confusing and we help in the initial calculations to get to a max yield number of housing units you can build. We will be launching a report directly to homeowner's on how they can maximize on the new SB-9 law here in California where they can split their single family home and potentially build up to two duplexes. Our goal is not to handle any permitting or entitlements as we ...
4. **Hi, any ideas on future liquidity events for investors? I realize it might be early in the game, but it would be interesting to know what your thoughts are on this and the fact that it is being considered. Thanks!**
   - Hi Felipe we will be looking at raising our priced round in a year! Our goal is to scale as quickly as possible within the city but will continue to raise to fuel our expansion.
5. **Hi John, thanks for your answer! Just to follow up, do you have any ideas on what a future exit might look like (IPO, trade sale, etc.) and when that might happen? Thanks**
   - Hi Felipe while it is difficult to predict where we will be in the future and say exactly when an exit might occur we can with certainty state that we don't have plans to be a solution just in Southern California or even the state. Our long term vision is to keep expanding to all major cities in the U.S.. And yes once we get there the most likely outcomes will be an IPO or buyout from a larger company.

## Q&A
- Q: Hi there, what is your 2022 revenue?
  - A: Hi Zohrab it was slightly higher than 2021. Our deadline for this community round is April 30th and to extend will provide those financials.
- Q: Hi John, thanks for clearing things up and answering questions! (I'd reply directly to the original post but WeFunder doesn't support that yet unfortunately) I'm super excited in your platform as a former UCLA urban planning student (mostly transportation but you learn zoning along the way) so it's exciting to see new GIS maps that make zoning and urban planning that much easier, especially when TOD bonuses and other draconian overlays (i.e. historic status or single parcel variance) aren't clear. I'm happy to have invested and can't wait to see you all grow!
  - A: Hi Steven would love to meet with you. Here is my calendly: https://calendly.com/john-brickwork
- Q: I'm very interested in the core product but one of my concerns is the additional revenue stream of launching a cryptocurrency. What is the purpose of launching a cryptocurrency, is it tied to a tangible use (i.e. computation power for Ethereum and blockchain storage for Filecoin), and why is a cryptocurrency necessary for the business? As well, what cities/markets do you currently serve? While their platforms is buggy and lags, large areas like City/County of Los Angeles have a pretty comprehensive tool, but smaller cities and counties tend to have nothing available online. How do you plan to onboard those non-tech savvy jurisdictions onto your GIS platform?
  - A: Hi Steven we completely understand the concern and rest assured our main focus for the time being is improving and expanding our GIS map. We will only pursue a cryptocurrency to raise a small fund that we can use to develop multifamily projects ourselves using the latest in construction technology as an example that others can follow but that won't be till much later. We currently deliver our reports manually in the city of Los Angeles and a list of municipalities we've highlighted on our website here: https://www.brickwork.la/products/ As far as onboarding smaller jurisdictions we would need to manually input their zoning code using OCR solutions but even the bigger cities require much more than providing base layer zoning as we also help screen for overlays and provide calculations for the number of housing which can be developed by-right and utilizing density bonus programs. We've set up a roadmap to do so and would need to complete our raise to execute. Thank you for investing and help us spread the word!
- Q: Are there any Investment perks?
  - A: Hi Eric we're working on offering a free one year subscription for a minimum investment by next week! Would that be of value for an investor?
- Q: Hi, do you all plan on remaining an LLC for tax purposes, and do you anticipate becoming profitable any time soon?
  - A: Hi Lucas our plans are to stay an LLC but will convert to a corporation before our raising our priced round. We will be hiring out our team and focusing on launching our map and sales at the same time so the first 6 months will be capital intensive. We would like to get to profitability sooner rather than later but understand if we are growing at an accelerated rate we will look to raising from venture capital to fund that growth.
- Q: Hi John, thanks for your answer! Just to follow up, do you have any ideas on what a future exit might look like (IPO, trade sale, etc.) and when that might happen? Thanks

  - A: Hi Omar no they are not. Our goal is not to handle any permitting or entitlements as we expand out to other cities but rather partner with the best in class expeditor or land use consultant so that we can give them all of the leads and we want to become the platform that everyone can go to for the initial due diligence.
