We source our coffee worldwide to brew coffee beverages which taste just as good as your favorite coffee shop drinks. Boseco is an “Uber of coffee shops”. What ride-hailing apps did for taxis, Boseco will do for coffee shops. Our model plans to revolutionize the traditional inefficient coffee shop model by utilizing our fast and agile electric mobile baristas and excellent-tasting coffee. We have achieved $600k cumulative revenue in approximately 2 years, resulting in a total growth of 1100%. We sell 1.2 million doses of coffee per year. We believe the on-demand, mobile barista market is $90 billion per year, with the potential to generate $30 billion in profits for coffee entrepreneurs. This will open a new channel to generate excellent profits just as ride-hailing companies did 10 years ago.The enormous $500bn coffee shop market is highly inefficient and presents massive opportunity for disruption.Boseco created first-of-a-kind "Uber-like" model for the coffee market, we combined gourmet coffee shop-quality coffee with a fast and agile electric mobile "coffee shop". Customers can order coffee via an app or buy right at the source. Early AdopterFranchiseeBoseco has grown 11x in approximately 2 years, with total revenues amounting to $600k. The coffee market is gigantic and inefficient. Boseco management believes the market is ripe for disruption and that utilizing an "Uber-like" on-demand model provides an incredible opportunity to generate $400+ million in revenue in five years.Boseco’s continued growth is fueled by an extremely passionate and dedicated team. Our founders have invested $1 million of their own capital to build the next generation of coffee platforms that customers will love. We have designed, built, and completed the initial roll-out of e-baristas, created and packaged coffee shop-quality coffee, and built its delivery mechanism for an impressive 1100% growth in revenue. We are now ready to accelerate our success and expand worldwide. The global coffee market is enormous at $465 billion. Disrupting just 20% would create a massive $90 billion annual opportunity. Our management estimates new generation of "coffee uber" entrepreneurs can generate a massive $30 billion in combined profits. We believe this massive opportunity will fuel intense international demand which Boseco will satisfy via product licensing and in-house production and expand to 100 big cities by year 5.Our management team has a proven successful track record with 8 business exits. Join us on this incredible journey! Our technology.Boseco’s mobile e-bike coffee shop service, Coffeeshing, was developed end-to-end by a team of expert in-house engineers. It is powered by state-of-the-art mechanical and electrical engineering solutions. Our engineers took the concept of a tricycle and re-worked it for maximum performance, efficiency and convenience so that it could function as a reliable and user-friendly mobile coffee shop. Our all-wheel-drive tricycles have ideal weight distribution between the rear and front axles. The tricycle design allows increased maneuverability due to the rear steering wheels and electric drive. Our bikes have a full combined drive while the independent mechanical drive of each of the wheels prevents wheel slip and uneven tire wear. The electric drive of the front wheels and the steering system design, according to Ackermann's rule, ensures that there is no wheel slip when cornering. Our powerful battery of 20 Ah, 48 V provides at least 25 miles range on a single charge. We intend to increase the battery capacity up to 80 Ah, which will increase the range to 100 miles per single charge. A set of unique 3x20 Ah, 48 V batteries allows the bike to connect to a wide range of equipment such as coffee machines, electric grills, and microwave ovens. The balancing electronic hardware used in the construction allows more than 1000 charge-discharge cycles and high-current devices to be connected without damaging the batteries. We use unique lightweight and durable composite materials for the casings of coffee boxes and Coffeeshing Deluxe cabins. We’ve also installed a powerful, custom-designed inverter that converts DC current from the battery.Boseco Inc. has also programmed an intuitive mobile app to enhance the experience for both clients and baristas. The app features a modern design and high degree of functionality, with all data located and backed up on secure servers. The app can be used to both order and deliver coffee and allows baristas to easily order additional inventory. All key features needed to both operate the Coffeeshing service successfully and provide excellent service to customers are included in the app.The blends of coffee selected by our coffee testers in Belgium originate from 12 different countries around the world. This is why our coffee matches the quality of coffee purchased at high-end coffee shops. Our coffee capsules are biodegradable with zero carbon footprint and are made using compostable PLA.

## Q&A
- Q: Amazing valuation for such a cool business model and profitable company. I am excited to invest. Many companies like yours do $20 - $30 million valuations. What is your rationale doing this awesome valuation?
 - A: Hey Nathan, Thanks for your support and great question! We decided to do a competitive valuation for two reasons. We would like Boseco to be a great investment so that our investors get a great deal and build a strong following. Secondly, as we continue global development, we will need to raise a large amount of venture capital. We are considering raising over $100 million in VC funding over the next several years. In order to achieve this, we need to finance Boseco in a professional manner. Our founders invested $1 million of own funds into Boseco and now we are offering this great investment opportunity to investors on Wefunder.
- Q: Hi, I love the idea but what prevents Starbucks from doing the same thing ?
 - A: Hey Farid, thank you for the excellent question. While Starbucks might launch a similar model, a large corporation such as Starbucks has a conservative approach when it comes to launching new ventures, especially of such scale. Typically large companies take a long time to launch a new venture project. This gives us a competitive advantage in terms of time and flexibility to grow and generate sizable revenues. Once we reach millions in revenue, we believe we will grow too fast to be stopped and it would be easier and more sensible for Starbucks to acquire us instead of developing their service from the ground up. As a startup company, we are more versatile and quicker to respond which keeps us one step ahead of the competition. Nevertheless, if such a scenario would actually come in play, which will take place as we get big, then it would only develop our market and popularize the concept of mobile coffee shops and would bring in more customers and investments. It is always great to have a competition in the market. Moreover, we believe the potential market is in the billions which would allow for multiple companies to successfully operate in the space. We would excited to build up Boseco into a market leader. It would be great to have you join our journey!
- Q: Good Concept, My wife and I are interested in investing in this company. Have concerns about your revenue projections also will like to have more information on your past year financials, interested in investing with significant amount. Thank you in advance for this information.
 - A: Dear Donald, thank you for your attention to our company. Our revenue in 2021 was $402,114. In 2020 - $150,916 In 2019 - $51,269 You can see this figures in the fin review on our Details page on Wefunder. Currently, we receive all income from operating activities in two countries, the UK and Ukraine. In connection with the military actions in Ukraine, our plans for 2022 were forced to be adjusted. And, frankly, the implementation of the 2022 plan will not be satisfactory for us. But we do not lose optimism. We have big plans for the development of the EU market in 2023. In 2024, we plan to enter the US market. We plan to develop our activities in three main directions: 1. Development of sales of BOSECO™ private label capsule coffee in various geographical markets. In 2022, we operated only in two markets - Ukraine and the UK. In 2023, we plan to develop the BENELUX market, Germany and Scandinavia. The main marketing element behind our unique selling proposition will be the biodegradability of our capsules. The green trend in Europe is global. And we managed to jump into this boat, since biodegradable capsules are a fairly new phenomenon and are not yet common in Europe. In this regard, competition from large and small coffee brands is not high. In addition, we have two assortment projects in stock, which have been suspended for the time being, but will be resumed from 2023. These are coffee with the addition of collagen and coffee with cannabis. The first intersects with the beauty industry. Preliminary studies have shown huge demand in Asian markets and the US. Our Belgian manufacturer has made test batches of this product and has received very positive feedback from the US in the form of a huge amount of pre-orders. I won't talk about cannabis. I guess you've heard of this trendy theme. In 2024 and 2025, we expect to enter the following markets: the USA, the rest of Europe (EU), Korea, Japan, Singapore, and the UAE. Our online stores: boseco.uk boseco.ua You can find the presentation of our coffee range by following the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MtduGh9wMT1OJMSio-v_xtaO_RoU0D1E/view?usp=sharing 2. The second direction is the sale of Coffeeshing mobile coffee shops. In 2022, we plan to develop only the Ukrainian and British markets. In 2023 and 2024 we are going to operate in the EU and US markets. You can learn more about our solutions on our website: coffeeshing.com 3. The third direction is a subset of the second: the e-bike last mile transport solution. Sale of customized transport solutions for various delivery services, tour companies, including taxis, as well as mobile cafes. We plan to restore pre-war turnover in Ukraine by the end of the year and sell an additional 5 million hryvnias (about 100-150K dollars) in the remaining 5 months before the end of the year. Sales in England are planned for these 5 months to sell about $100K. In total for 5 months - $ 200-250K. Sales in Coffeeshing and e-bike last mile transport solution will be single and we do not take them into account. 2023 The planned consolidated turnover in the first direction is $1.5M. Of these, about $500-600K in Ukraine and $1M in the UK. Turnover of Coffeeshing - $150K. Turnover e-bike last mile transport solution - $300K. Consolidated sales in all directions - about $2M I will not describe the years 2024–2026, since planning in such a horizon has a sufficient degree of voluntarism and, accordingly, an error. I will describe the goals. By 2027, achieve sales of at least $50M. EBITDA - $15M. Funding Rounds We plan to implement the second round of financing in 2025, according to the company's estimate of $30M. This will correspond to a 4-fold increase in the value of shares from their current price. Third round in 2027 at $150M. Fourth round in 2029. Estimated $300-500M. The fifth round is unicorn. Target score 1 B. Dates 2031–32 And finally, some beautiful videos about us: https://vimeo.com/738959725 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nFnoWuuEd0YYVg1xPKONv2w7dlvW1zIX/view?usp=sharing https://youtu.be/eHgf0L2zVlA https://youtu.be/xrGqBJpwOMQ
- Q: Hi! Congratulations on your journey so far! I've actually tried the product while working in Ukraine. I'd like to understand more about ROI, how does it work for investors? Profit sharing, dividends? Is there an exit strategy? Like being acquired or IPO?
 - A: Hi Kriti, Its awesome to have you as an investor and its awesome that you tried our product. We believe we are a unique high potential model, with growth % potential like Uber, in the massive almost $500 billion market. Thus, the ROI has the potential to be similar to that of a successful portfolio company of a venture capital company. In the optimal growth scenario a VC investment can do 50x to 100x their invested money. If the VC invested $1 million they can exit $50 to $100 million. Our goal is grow nd eventually be either acquired or to do an IPO. Our goal is to become a billion dollar company.
- Q: Hello. I have several topics to cover if you don't mind. 1) I'm confused. You claim you are currently selling 1.2 million cups of coffee per year but you only generated 600K in the past 2 years. Does it mean the coffee costs less than $0.50 each??? 2) In order to be able to tell customers that wait time will be 5 to 10 minutes you need to have baristas everywhere. You have to scale like crazy. 20,000 units in 100 cities like you state in your pitch deck won't be nearly enough, that's only 200 per city. Most places likely won't have a barista close by. 3) Are you going to assign territories to baristas? If so, what's to keep them from going into someone else's area? If not, there probably will be multiple baristas in the same hot spots, Central Park for instance. 4) Last one, what's the average price for customers and cost of goods for baristas? 30 to 40 cups a day to break even doesn't sound easy to achieve, and to be honest, if it were me, I'm not sure I'd ride 2 or 3 miles to sell a $4 cup of coffee. Thanks in advance.
 - A: Hey Leonardo, Thanks for the great questions. 1. Boseco also sells coffee capsules, where 1 capsule = 1 cup, but capsules are cheaper since there is no coffee shop markup. When selling on the street you are doing a huge coffee shop mark-up. 2. At the launch we are planning to start to operate our mobile baristas in designated areas such as parks and university campuses as well as areas with high foot traffic. The wait time that you have mentioned would be specific to those areas that are supported. 3. Yes, we are going to assign specific territories. In most cities and states in the US, it is mandatory to state the area of operation in order to get all the permits, therefore, it would be illegal for a barista to infringe on other territories. Furthermore, in the cases where there would be multiple baristas in an area with high demand, our app would distribute the orders fairly between the baristas that are operated there. 4. From our forecasts and testing, 30-40 cups per day is an easily achievable target and we assume that on average our mobile baristas will sell around 70-80 cups of coffee per day. However, it obliviously depends on location, weather, time of year, and other variables.
- Q: Nice concept..I see where you starter package cost 2000 and I think the next was 4k. Let's say somebody started at the entry level then decided to upgrade would they get any kind of credit towards the equipment for the next package. Looks like all use the electric bike just the equipment on the back is different, offer more etc. you guys get royalties etc right? How are you guys reaching potential franchisee's? Do you guys have any actual numbers or projection etc for how much somebody with the 2k etc option makes annually . Then of the 600k how much was the profit? Thanks
 - A: Hey John, Thank you for an amazing question! At initial rollout, we will have fixed packages and as we grow, we plan to expand the business to include upgrades. And yes, we intend to collect royalties Yes, we intend to collect royalties from our franchisee. From our forecasts and testing, just 30-40 cups of coffee have to be sold every day in order to achieve a breakeven point. Nevertheless, there are a lot of variables that would affect this, such as location, weather conditions, season, etc.
- Q: What if it's raining?
 - A: Rain and other weather condition is something that we have accounted for in our business model. Also, as you might have seen from our videos and photos of our product, our mobile baristas are equipped with an umbrella and can still operate in light rain.
- Q: You mentioned you and your partners have had successful exits from companies as CEOs/founders or the like. Can you name the companies for transparency sake and provide links for credentials. It will help with investor confidence knowing your backgrounds. Having a linkedin page with no info on it does not build confidence. Can you share more?
 - A: Hey Vincent, thank you for the question. Due to the confidentiality of the question, would it be possible to email you to share with you more details?
- Q: Hi what amount of inventory will be carried on single E-bike coffee shop & if e-bike runs out of inventory on a given day what is the refill process. What measures are taken in terms of coffee machine hygiene on e-bike. Also if I am driving e-bike will I be liable to get food & safety license on my name & same thing for sales tax collection & remittance. Same issue for Boseco as well.
 - A: Our mobile baristas are designed to store daily: 200-300 coffee capsules, 3-4 gallons of drinkable water, 1-2 gallons of water for technical purposes, and 1 gallon of milk. At the end of the working day, tour mobile baristas must return to the base to replenish supplies and charge batteries. In regard to the licensing, the laws differ in every city and state, nevertheless, we work closely with regulatory bodies, and we are going to provide legal support to our franchisee.
- Q: Hello Kostyantyn, I see you have answered most questions quite brilliantly. However I would love to discuss further, first having a more detailed look at your financials including projections especially for the industry you're in and also about alternative funding opportunities available at our company if we are satisfied. You can drop me an email at richard@700capital.com, then we can start looking at financing your target. Thanks.
 - A: Thank you for reaching out, we will certainly be in touch.
- Q: Highlighting again, I love the business model!!! Uber for coffee shops, great idea because this is what the market needs especially during COVID. How fast will you grow, how many cities? What revenue do forecast in 5 years? If I invest over $25k will you do equity or SAFE?
 - A: Thanks for another great question! We are forecasting that in the next 5 years we would reach revenues of over $400 million. Our goal is to reach as many cities as possible. We are currently focused to reach all the major cities in the USA and part of Europe. In terms of investment, you will be a holder of Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE). We would be happy to answer any of your questions and it would be great to have you as an investor in Boseco.
- Q: brilliant concept with huge potential! one of those “why didn’t I think about this myself”. How did you come up with this concept? How is market reacting to this?
 - A: Hey Jason, thank you for the excellent question! The idea of mobile baristas came from a realization that there are virtually no services that would deliver on-demand barista-quality coffee right to your location. We then realized this model would disrupt the coffee shop model by proving mobile baristas with a potentially $90 billion market and the potential ability to generate billions in revenue. What Uber did in the taxi market, Boseco has the potential to do in the coffee market. Additional operational upsides: Boseco allows a safe way to get coffee during the COVID epidemic and for hard-to-reach locations, such as parks, universities and business centres where there are restrictions to the vehicles that are allowed to operate. Our electrically powered mobile coffee shops are the perfect solution for this problem. This is the perfect model that allows anyone to order coffee that will be brewed right in front of you no matter where you are. We have excellent traction with respect to our mobile baristas and our coffee. Our revenues grow quickly, with 11x+ growth over the last two years, and we are looking forward to expanding to new cities.
- Q: Is this basically coffee delivery?
 - A: Hey David, thank you for your question. Boseco is a world away from coffee delivery and is a cutting-edge business model with enormous revenue potential. Boseco is driven by a business model to uberize the coffee shops much like what Uber did to taxi market. There are no comparable services and products on the market. We designed technology to allow agile and quick delivery of on-demand coffee shop quality coffee via an app. Our electric powered mobile baristas are fully equipped, technologically advanced, coffee shops on wheels that will brew freshly made Belgium coffee right at your location and provide you with a great selection of snacks. While consumers get coffee shop quality freshly brewed at their location, barista operators generate income in the same fashion as Uber drivers. The interaction is powered by an app. We invested over $1 million of own funds into this company and we are excited because we believe this business model has a billion dollar potential.
- Q: Thanks for responses great timely matter you be surprised with some of these companies smh. I actually wasn't talking about selling thousands of cups of coffee I was talking about the number of franchises. While 2k etc is a great price to start a coffee business from an investor stand point 2k here and there isn't that much will take awhile to grow income. You have to have have a ton of people. Like you said you guys price in comparison to a Starbucks for a franchisee is a better deal. However, Starbucks sells In stores and have their franchises over 3500 I think imagine that times how much each franchisee is paying yes it took time. Heck they just sold one a year it would take you like 1000 franchisee's to match that.then like you mentioned weather with it being a bike etc obviously some places it seems like it rains a third of the year then Winters last alot longer than other places. That will hurt franchisee's..it would be nice if you guys had another option too than just the bikes. Many love Starbucks etc just the avg person can't afford one. Do you guys have people lining up with applications for the bikes etc. Every franchise concept I have invested in we have a minimum 100 applications of interested people wanting to buy franchises. Would be nice to have that retail presence too. Generate that income Too like the other coffee etc brands. Would love to see alittle more than just 2k,4k and 8k packages. Thanks for your time.
 - A: Hey John, Thank you very much for you input. Yes, we have a number of applicants for our mobile baristas, and we accept application on our website. Nevertheless, as we are still in the testing stages, we are not selling our franchise for now. In terms of a retail presence, we currently sell our coffee in Europe and are planning to expand to the US.
- Q: Do you guys plan on selling your coffee pills through retailers etc like other coffee places. Cause at even the highest package 8k you will need to sell what hundreds if not thousands plus then depending on if you decide to invest money back into company for growth ,how much profits are. You will get to a great level it will just take time imo especially selling 4k to 8 packages. Great price for somebody to buy into a great concept but Like Mr wonderful says on shark tank,"I would die of old age by the time I see a return" you never answered the question of the 600k you made how much was actual profit. Revenue always looks promising until I see the profits etc. Thanks
 - A: It’s exactly correct. We need to sell thousands. This is what the coffee industry is all about. There are hundreds of thousands of coffee shops that sell millions of coffee cups a year for a massive $500bn annual market. Apart from coffee, if you take any business, it usually sells thousands of something, that’s just the way it works. Now we are not profitable because we are growing very fast. And this is the main aim of any startup at firs steps. We prepare basis now to sell thousands and hundreds of thousands then. And we trust we will be highly profitable.
