## FAQ
1. **Hi Team - The pitch deck says 09-22 is GTM - is that still on track? Can you provide more details on how the GTM strategy will ramp sales over the next 12 months?**
 - Hi Lauren. Great question! We have received federal TTB approval but our state TABC approvals have been moving slower than anticipated. Therefore, we now aim to do our first production run in October and launch in November, just in time for the holidays. In regards to our ramp up strategy, we'll be employing a multifaceted marketing approach to spur sales both on-premise, at bars, restaurants, golf courses, and hotels and off-premise at liquor stores. We will initially focus on Austin, hone o...
2. **Do you have updated financial statements?**
 - Hi Erica. Thank you for the question. We have our FY21 financials available here for review at the attached link: https://docsend.com/view/48qisy26eji7qqxi. We have been keeping an accurate accounting of expenses through QuickBooks for 2022 but have not yet fully reviewed and produced backwards looking financial statements at this time. If you would like to learn anything specific, feel free to reach out directly to me at my email address: jacob@boldmovebeverages.com.
3. **Hi Team. Even though I would like to invest but with an expense of 10k a month and 13k cash on hand. It is too risky. It is like getting bankrupt in the next few months.**
 - Hi Minh. Thank you for reaching out and expressing interest! Those numbers are no longer accurate as we have since accepted investment outside the WeFunder platform with funding through at least the end of 2022. With that said, we will begin generating revenue in November and will continue fundraising efforts until we reach out $500K goal.
4. **What is target revenue and valuation? Seems like a cold whiskey coffee is too much of niche, don't you think? Do you have other product in mind? Any plan of ramping up to let's say hundred of million of revenue or even billion of revenues? About the perks, don't you think inst...**
 - Hi Minh. Thank you for your questions. I will do my best to answer each of them below. Coffee & whiskey are two of the world's most universally beloved drinks so I would push back on the notion that this is a completely niche market. Boozy coffees like espresso martinis, Irish coffees, and carajillos are some of the most popular cocktails in North America, but little innovation to date has come to create a conveniently canned option for consumers. This is where Cold Brooze comes in. In re...
5. **Looks like the first production of them is about done & ready to ship, is that correct? Will you offer them on your website soon?**
 - Hi Kyle. The first production run is complete and ready to be shipped. We will have some e-commerce setup upon launch in Texas but will not be able to sell in other states right away. Please reach out to be directly at jacob@boldmovebeverages.com if you're interested in investing and would like to try the product. Thanks!

## Q&A
- Q: What is target revenue and valuation? Seems like a cold whiskey coffee is too much of niche, don't you think? Do you have other product in mind? Any plan of ramping up to let's say hundred of million of revenue or even billion of revenues? About the perks, don't you think instead of giving people credits (airfare) which is unrelated to the business, that 5k can be used for the company? (maybe I am a bit paranoid here but the company is so short in capital, maybe gave people your products like a year or something but since you mare making the product it doesn't cost you 5k to give to people).
 - A: Hi Minh. In regards to the question regarding product line expansion and extension, that is also on our roadmap. We have already formulated other Cold Brooze concepts (ie. Decaf) and have trademarked a concept for another caffeinated cocktail with chai & rum called Mai Chai. Also, we plan to explore co-branding in the future which will allow us to partner with other alcohol brands and generate additional revenue streams. In terms of the market size, the ready-to-drink ("RTD") markets for coffee and alcohol are both incredibly large and growing rapidly (currently $3B & $10B respectively). In regards to our bold $5K perk, we realistically expect most crowdfund investments to come in below the >$100,000 mark. However, we want to incentivize larger investments and would view that as money well spent since we are positioned as a bold beverage for bold people who want to experience all that life has to offer.
