## Story
🚨 THE MICROMOBILITY CRISIS: Why the Industry is Failing 🚨Micromobility was supposed to be the future of urban transportation—but today, the industry is failing.❌ Safety is an afterthought—most scooters are designed for speed, not stability, leading to injuries and distrust.❌ Underserved communities are ignored—big operators focus on wealthy downtown areas, leaving the people who need transportation most without access.❌ High operational costs kill profitability—companies burn through cash trying to maintain fleets, leading to shutdowns and bankruptcies.Major players like Bird and Lime have raised billions, yet they still struggle to turn a profit. The industry isn’t broken because people don’t want scooters—it’s broken because it was built the wrong way.🔄 REDEFINING MICROMOBILITY: THE BOAZ SOLUTION 🔄At Boaz Bikes, we didn’t just tweak the existing model—we redesigned micromobility from the ground up. Our approach is safer, smarter, and built for long-term success.✅ A Safer Scooter, Designed for Real RidersOur competitors prioritize speed over safety, but at Boaz, we engineer our scooters to protect riders.🔹 Seated Design for Stability – Unlike traditional standing scooters, Boaz Bikes feature a seat and an open-frame design, making them more comfortable, stable, and safer for all users—especially women and older riders. Lowering the center of gravity reduces the impact in rare cases of accidents.🔹 Bigger Wheels, Smoother Ride – Small scooter wheels struggle with potholes and uneven pavement, a major cause of accidents. Our larger, more durable tires provide better grip and control.🔹 Turn Signals & Side Mirrors – We’re one of the only micromobility companies to prioritize visibility. With built-in turn signals and mirrors, riders can navigate safely in traffic.🔹 Smart Speed Control – Using geofencing technology, we can automatically reduce speed in high-foot-traffic areas to prevent reckless riding and increase pedestrian safety. We don’t just sell safety as a feature—we’ve built it into our DNA.✅ Micromobility Where It’s Actually NeededMost scooter companies only operate in dense urban centers where tourists and one-time riders drive their revenue. We do things differently.🚀 Boaz serves small-to-midsize cities and underserved communities where reliable transportation is hard to find.🚀 40% of our riders are women, and over 50% are between ages 29-54—a demographic that traditional scooter companies have failed to serve.🚀 We provide affordable subscription models, making Boaz a true alternative to cars and expensive rideshares.Instead of competing for the same overcrowded downtowns, we’ve built a profitable model in markets that others ignore.✅ A Business Model That Actually WorksMicromobility companies are collapsing under the weight of high fleet costs and unsustainable operations. Boaz has a better way.💰 Cost-Effective Fleet Management – Our scooters are designed with easy-to-replace components, reducing repair downtime and lowering maintenance costs.💰 Franchise Model for Rapid Expansion – Instead of requiring massive upfront capital, franchise partners purchase and maintain their own fleets, while Boaz earns 10% of their revenue.💰 Multi-Modal Micromobility – We’re launching shared shuttles to solve first-mile/last-mile transit gaps, creating more ways for riders to rely on Boaz for daily commutes. This isn’t just about fixing what’s broken—Boaz is building a new industry standard. With safer scooters, a smarter business model, and an expansion strategy focused on real transportation needs, Boaz Bikes is redefining what micromobility should be.👥 Meet the Team: Over 25 Years of Combined Micromobility ExperienceBoaz Bikes isn’t just another startup—we’re built by industry veterans with deep expertise in shared mobility.🚀 Founded in 2018, we’ve been at the forefront of micromobility innovation for six years, refining our model and technology to create a profitable, scalable business.🚀 Our leadership team has over 25 years of combined experience, with most of us having worked together since Boaz’s inception.🚀 We’ve not only survived the ups and downs of the industry, but we’ve also pioneered game-changing technology that even the biggest players have adopted. With a battle-tested team and a proven model, Boaz is primed for growth.💰 The Boaz Track Record: $2M+ Revenue & GrowingInvesting in Boaz isn’t speculation—it’s backing a company with real traction and a history of revenue.📊 Since launch, we’ve generated over $2M in total revenue despite operating with limited capital and vehicles.📊 Even with a minimal fleet, Boaz still generated nearly $400K in 2024, losing just $20K—a fraction of what larger operators burn through.📊 The reason for our revenue fluctuations isn’t demand—it’s fleet availability. As our bikes have aged, our revenue has naturally declined.📢 This is not a leap of faith—Boaz has already proven itself. More bikes = more revenue. It’s that simple.📢Here’s what happens when we restore and expand our fleet: • Refurbishing just 750 bikes by May 2025 will increase our fleet size by over 500%, allowing us to generate consistent revenue without relying on outside funding. Projected Revenue Growth: • 2025 – $1.7M • 2026 – $4.7M • 2027 – $19M • 2028 – $108MBy scaling our fleet and onboarding franchise partners, we’re positioned for exponential growth over the next few years.🔄 A Safe & Strategic Investment: High-Return Revenue ShareWe know investors want security and profitability, which is why we’re offering an exclusive revenue-sharing model:✅ The first $50K invested receives 3X payback from 5% of Boaz’s gross revenue (paid quarterly).✅ Investments beyond that receive 1.5X payback, ensuring long-term returns as we scale.✅ If we don’t raise at least $50K, all pledges are refunded. This model gives investors real upside and immediate returns, backed by a company with six years of revenue history.📈 Investment Payback Timeline & ReturnsAll investments are expected to be fully repaid by Q3 2027, ensuring a fast and predictable return: • First $50K investment (2x return) • Next $200K investment (1.5x return) With quarterly payouts starting in Q3 2025, investors will receive steady returns, with full repayment completed within just two years.📈 A $6 Billion Market – Positioned for Explosive GrowthThe micromobility industry is set to grow from $1B+ in 2024 to over $6B within the next two years. 🚀Boaz is uniquely positioned to capture market share where other operators fail to compete:✅ Small-to-Midsize Cities & Underserved Communities – We serve markets that big players overlook, giving us an early-mover advantage.✅ Franchise Model – Our approach allows us to scale rapidly with minimal capital, accelerating revenue without the massive costs that have sunk other scooter companies.✅ First-Mile/Last-Mile Solutions – Our shared shuttle expansion makes Boaz more than just a scooter company—it’s a complete urban mobility solution. With the right investment today, Boaz could be a major player in this booming industry tomorrow.🚀 How Boaz Bikes Stands Out from Bird & LimeUnlike Bird and Lime, Boaz Bikes is built for long-term sustainability and accessibility:✅ Affordable Subscription Models – We prioritize long-term user retention with cost-effective plans, making micromobility more accessible.✅ Real-Time Vehicle Repositioning – Our operations adapt dynamically to demand, ensuring scooters are always where riders need them.✅ Serving Underserved Communities & Smaller Markets – While competitors focus on dense urban centers, we bring micromobility to areas that truly need it.✅ Franchise Model for Rapid Scaling – Our franchise model allows local operators to invest in fleets, accelerating expansion without high overhead costs.✅ Seated Scooter Design for Safety – Unlike traditional standing scooters, our seated design offers better stability and comfort, attracting more riders, including women and older users.Boaz isn’t just another scooter company—we’re redefining the industry with a scalable, sustainable, and safety-first approach.📊 Proven Traction & Industry LeadershipBoaz Bikes has already made a significant impact in the micromobility space, proving that our model works and is ready to scale:✅ 500,000+ rides completed with a loyal and growing user base of 70,000+ riders.✅ Multiple city permits secured, positioning us for expansion.✅ Currently in the race for $400,000 in grants to accelerate growth.✅ Over 1 million lbs of CO₂ emissions saved, contributing to a cleaner environment.✅ 4,000+ investors who believe in our vision and have helped us get here.✅ First to introduce swappable battery technology, leading the industry in operational efficiency.✅ Patent-pending Model 3 scooter – a seated, three-wheel design built for safety and accessibility.✅ Over 40% of our users are women, proving our commitment to inclusivity and safer mobility solutions.Boaz Bikes isn’t just competing—we’re leading the charge in sustainable, scalable micromobility.🚀 Join the Movement – Invest in the Future of MicromobilityThe micromobility industry is evolving, and Boaz Bikes is leading the charge with a smarter, safer, and more scalable model. We’ve proven our impact with 500,000+ rides, 70,000+ users, and industry-first innovations—now, we’re ready to scale nationwide. This is your chance to be part of something bigger than just an investment—it’s an opportunity to help reshape urban transportation, reduce emissions, and build a profitable, sustainable future.🚲 A proven model. ## FAQ
1. **Does this mean that you plan to be on the stock exchange on August 13th? Could I monitor this through Ameritrade or something?**
 - No. On Aug 13th it means it'll be open for the public to invest and be visible for anyone to find without having a secure link like you had. The same SEC is over the crowdfund but it will not be added to the exchange. You are investing with a convertible note at a $10 Million valuation cap (if you get in early) after that it'll be at a $15 Million valuation. We expect either of them to bring back GREAT returns within the next 8-12 months. Hope this helps
2. **Do the perks only apply with the first investment? Or will they be applied at each investment tier?**
 - Each investment tier
3. **Interesting. There are competitors. I like the idea of sitting. Many people ride scooters but probably owned by the individual. You mentioned you have no IP or waiting for funds to pay for them. Low on cash. Your valuation is high with only $39k in revenue. How can you justify...**
 - Great question James. The financials posted are 2019 financials out of our pilot market. If you check out the bulletin points you'll see in July 2020 alone we've done $32,000 in gross revenue. We are also on track to finish Aug with about ~50K in gross rev. this is also with a minimum fleet on the road we have an additional 300 vehicles expected to hit the streets in late Sept or early Oct with or without the investment from Wefunder. Our monthly revenue per bike is expected to be around ~$1,...
4. **One more question. You state you have $50k in debt. Is it a promissory note when is it due? Are you going to use the funds from Wefunder to pay off the debt?**
 - Debt is from an early investor which will be paid out of monthly revenue only when we feel the company can afford it. No rush to pay debt off. Everyone wants to see the company grow to that unicorn status!! #HopeToSeeYouThere
5. **Hello, I am definitely interested in what you are building but was just wondering, are you planning to expand to other major markets in California or New York?**
 - Great question! we are planning to expand aggressively in early 2021 3-5 cities per month. NY starts accepting proposals in Oct this year and we plan to apply for a permit. Our goal is 20+ cities over the next 10 months. #LetsGo

## Q&A
- Q: What ROI should an individual expect to receive from a $100 investment?
 - A: Nothing is guaranteed when investing so please make sure you understand the risk. The convertible note helps protect you but our goal is to hit the $1B valuation by the end of 2021. If we hit our goal your $100 would be worth $10k !! Our top competitors hit higher valuations with less time. I believe my team and I will get there but keep in mind it’s no guarantee so only invest what you can afford to lose.. together let’s go to the top brother!! 🚀
- Q: Hello, I invested $100 back in 2021. Is there a payout on that investment at this current time?
- Q: We have complete faith in what you are doing Emil.... we just put our investment up to $2,000
 - A: Awesome Charles! Thanks for the support!!
- Q: Quick question. If I invest 10k and you reach your 1 billion dollar valuation. Unicorn status. Would my 10k shares be worth 1 million ?? Also I don't think it would be worth 1 billion I think it would have a valuation of 2 billion at least if not 3 billion. The reason is since you have better microeconomics in place And better advantage on what the markets need. And your gone be in the same citys it would be safe to assume it would be 2.5 billion dollar valuation just like bird. So if your getting acquired I would say 2.5 billion would be the price tag. Not 1 billion. Because if your dominated the market. The bigger the threat is. Which you just need to scale fast. Also plz dm or can we hop on a quick call.
 - A: Love the way you think Victor!!
- Q: Not really a question, more a statement. Excited to see you all become the first crowdfunding unicorn.
 - A: Thank you for the support!! Let’s do it!! 🚀
- Q: Emil, When/how/where can we see the 2020 financials? Any plans on converting our part time officers into full time? What needs to happen for this to trigger? How long after closing should we expect the perks? I'm more looking forward to the virtual tour and meeting the team. $2 off ride may not be useful because we do not have boaz deployed in DC area, yet.
 - A: Great question and thank you for the support! Part time officers are all in transition into full time positions now. We expect the entire c-suite to be full time by the End of March. Less than 30 days after the round close we will roll out perks including other things not listed to show support !! Thank you
- Q: Emil, Thank you for responding about including signing up college campuses in your marketing plan. Now for a real challenge. What about including autonomous delivery to subscribers via phone app in the future that also allows for them to drive themselves to the person wanting to ride and delivering the bike/scooter back to a central location where charging and cleaning (sanitizing) can be done in one location to reduce the cost associated with the need to pick up abandoned vehicles. Since this would require a GPS chip for each, it would also substantially reduce theft and losses. As you probably know, and without naming names, something like this is being experimented with in Atlanta. Thank you, Bruce Wertz | St. Petersburg, FL
 - A: Yes Bruce that is the future and where the dockless model is heading.. it’s still probably 3-5 years out. The tech available for it now is still being tested and cities will still need to get on board. I totally believe it’s the future so you’re thinking in the right direction.
- Q: Emil, Would you consider allowing the bikes to be purchased? I am not in the city area but would love to own one. Useful for a quick ride to the convenient store, take out restaurant, gym or just the park.
 - A: Yes we have been working on it. Hopefully next year we will be able to start selling directly to the public.
- Q: What's the price of each share of Boaz Bike???????
 - A: This round is a convertible note that matches the same terms as the lead investor. If it was apples to apples it could translate to about a $1.50 a share (not including any dilution that will happen on the conversions)
- Q: How has the pandemic affected Boaz in the past 11 months? Also, I see that Ford-owned Spin has introduced self-parking bikes that can deliver themselves to chargers. Does Boaz have any plans to introduce similar tech?
 - A: Hello Steve great question. The pandemic actually helped us in our pilot market. With people fearful of riding buses, ubers and trains within the city they jump on scooters for the first and last mile trip. We believe with the product addons we hope to roll out with in late June will also aid into our success throughout this pandemic. Spin is most definitely doing something amazing. They are not using their own technology but a 3rd party we've been in talk with since 2019. This control remote option is nonetheless impressive but the game changer is still years away. Parking a scooter with a remote is cool, and soon they'll be delivering them with a remote. The game changer is when the computer vision is able to deliver that vehicle itself without having an engineer control it through cameras. Also, when America is ready to allow these will be another discussion, obtaining permits in large cities for this tech I believe to still be a long way off. Overall we've been looking into it since 2019 and we hope to have something available (with the same 3rd party tech they use) by the end of this year incase cities start to adapt sooner than 3-5 yrs.
- Q: Hi. Will investments that have already been made have a valuation cap of 10M now? Thank you.
 - A: Yes Hale!! We decided to make the switch today! We will be posting an update this weekend. The first $500k invested will be in at $10M cap now! Thanks for the support!
- Q: Price of bike
 - A: Currently we don’t sell directly to consumers but we plan to in early 2021 at prices between $700-$1000
- Q: Can I speak to someone about investing in the company
 - A: Just left you a voicemail.
- Q: Hey Emil, Do you know when your 2023 financials will be available? Thank you and your team for all of your hard work!
- Q: HI Emil, I've been following your company for a while, so congrats on your success to date. Two product question, one terms question. 1. There are a lot of negative reviews on Android and IOS related to app glitches and overpriced rides compared to competitors. How have you addressed these concerns? 2. ~$20M of your 2024 projections come from markets set to launch in Q1 2024. Can you please update us on progress. 3. Does the $1,000 perk include the ride credit? Also how does the in person meet and greet work? Is it a set date by your company or can the investor chose a mutually agreed upon date that works for them?
 - A: thanks so much for the support LD, we switched our app listing a little over a year ago, if you look up the "Boaz Bikes Corp" app you'll see tons of 5-star reviews. The few bad reviews are mainly towards the cost. Despite being the most affordable operator in any market we launch in, some are still upset. No operator offers more affordable rides, the industry standard has jumped up to about ~$0.50 per minute. the $20M projections were based on a successful raise of $3M in 2023. We could not raise that amount, so we needed to adjust our 2024 target. Our aim for 2024 is $2M in revenue and we still need to secure another $100K to hit this goal. Our aim for 2024 is also to secure our Series A round of funding at the end of the summer. Yes the $1,000 investment does include the ride credit, and when the round closes we email all investors with date and time options for the meet and greet.
