Highlights

1
Since 2003 and $500k in research and beta testing, the biotechnology processes proved successful.
2
The Global Tire recycling market was US$1.95 BN in 2016; now projected to reach ~US$6 BN by 2027.
3
Money: $2.50/tire + $14.00/tire in composite sales= $16.50x1.2m tires/yr= $19.8m/year.

Biofriendly alternative vs ~58 million waste tires still ending up in landfills annually.

Our Team

The original concept was invented and developed by a Chemist/Farmer in response to environmental pollution caused from discarded tires in landfills and waterways. Beta testing was successful and patented. The inventor died before getting the project to market. I stumbled upon the opportunity and felt its a project that needs to be completed.

♻Biotech Tire Recycling introduces a Patent Protected, 100% biofriendly tire recycling process to recover 100% tire composites for reuse in manufacturing new products.

Highlights 🖊

Problem ♻️

Discarded waste tires are a pollution problem created by people Globally. Waste tire piles become incubators for rodents and insects that find their way into nearby communities, infecting food supplies and people with diseases. Tires are composed of natural and synthetic materials making them indestructible in landfills and waterways; and, because rubber is a natural product, it is in limited supply. And its broad use increasingly drives demand. So, recovering it for continued reuse makes good business sense.

Solution♻️

Biotech Tire Recycling introduces a Patent Protected, value-driven…100% biofriendly process designed to use less energy to cleanly recycle 100% tire composites for reuse in the manufacturing of new products.

The extracted composites are rubber, steel, and nylon.  Biotech Tire Recycling aims to specialize in transforming the rubber composite into high value premium crumb rubber and rubber dust for reuse in the manufacturing  of high-value rubber products.
The Biotechnology and mechanical processes releases no contaminants into the groundwater or the air.

Our Product ♻️

Biotech Tire Recycling aims to specialize in repurposing rubber composite to produce pure premium rubber and rubber crumb to supply related industries in the manufacturing of high-value rubber and rubber related products.  Industries include the  automotive, aviation, tire manufacturers, rubber extrusion manufacturers, and so on.

Business Model

This biotechnology concept was invented, developed and beta-tested since 2003. The plans laid dormant until around 2019  when it was acquired and redeveloped for launch by Trevor McKenzie. Biotech Tire Recycling was recently formed, and raising first round capital to launch. The Company will hire 35 employees to support projected revenues of ~$20,000,000 in annual revenues. The biotechnology methodology is patent protected in the U.S., India, China, and Russia.

Market and Opportunity

  1. The Global Tire recycling market was US$1.95 BN in 2016; it is now projected to reach ~US$6 BN by 2027.  Biotech Tire Recycling is projected to generated an average of $2.50/tire in fees for each waste tire collected. Each tire generates $14 in composite sales. So, ($2.50 + $14) is $16.50/tire. Biotech Tire Recycling's annual production capacity is 1,200,000 tires per year. This means gross revenues of ($16.50 x 1,200,000 tires) generates annual revenues of $19,800,000 operating at full capacity.

Biotech Tire Recycling aims to specialize in clean production of premium crumb rubber and rubber powder to supply related industries involved in the manufacturing of high-value rubber and rubber related products.

Tire composites are sold through traditional contractual relations. With the advantage of technology, composites are traded more commonly on the spot markets via internet portals to national and global buyers on demand.  Management believes that because our specialized product is patent protected and superior to comparable crumb rubber and rubber powder on the market,  with hard/smart working, we expect the introduction of our products to the market will be well received.

Our target customers are: new tire manufacturers, rubber extrusion companies, the automotive industry, aviation industry, and related industries. Customers include national and Global customers. Of course, tire composites include steel and nylon composites which are sold through traditional methods, and the spot market via internet portals as well.

Competitors

The four largest competitors in the tire recycling industry are:
1. Liberty Tire Recycling LLC – Pittsburgh, PA, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Liberty Tire’s closest recycling facility is in Minerva, OH, approximately 100 miles from Braddock. Liberty has a national focus and a diverse service portfolio and product list.
a. Biotech Tire Recycling will use its advantage "patent protected" to develop strategic business alliance as opposed to competitive rivalry.
2. Crumb Rubber Manufacturers – Newport Beach, CA:
a. Biotech Tire Recycling proximity makes this company a non-threat in the collection of tires; Biotech Tire Recycling will use its advantage "patent protected" to develop strategic business alliance as opposed to competitive rivalry.
3. Emanuel Tire Company – Baltimore, MD:
a. Biotech Tire Recycling proximity makes them a non-threat in the collection of tires; however, Biotech Tire Recycling will use its advantage "patent protected" to develop strategic business alliance as opposed to competitive rivalry.
4. Tire Disposal Recycling Inc. – Portland, OR:
a. Their proximity makes them a non-threat in the collection of tires. Biotech Tire Recycling will use its advantage "patent protected" to develop strategic business alliance as opposed to competitive rivalry.

Vision

I am hopeful and aim to reach our growth plan of ~$19,000,000 by year 5 of launching. Our Corporate Mission is environmental responsibility. Our Vision is to be a solid investment, a best place to work, and a corporate leader in environmental responsibility.
