  A: Hi Jonathan, Yes, the fees are different for the Regulation C Crowdfund and the Regulation D fund. (We do not have a Reg A fund). Reg D is open to accredited investors. There is a $10,000 minimum and no fee to invest. Reg C is open to any investors. There is a $500 minimum and a fee based on a percentage of your investment amount, up to a certain dollar amount.
