Within 60 days of opening, Belle Mont was 43.5% leased and 35% occupied, with strong demand for the 2-bedroom units.Phase 2 of Belle Mont plans to build on the success and momentum of Phase 1 by adding 14 new townhomes consisting of ten (10) 2-bedroom units and four (4) 1-bedroom units flanking an interior courtyard space. Secured parking will again be provided at a ratio of one space per unit, consistent with the gated, on-site design of Phase 1.Given the leasing velocity and unmet demand for 2-bedroom units demonstrated in Phase 1 — and the deliberate shift in Phase 2's unit mix toward more 2-bedroom product — Phase 2 represents a low-risk expansion of a proven model in an established, high-demand Midtown submarket.
