Being in the telecommunications industry, we also earn revenue from various usages on our platform, such as text messages sent and received, phone numbers rented, and campaign service charges, among a few others. In addition to Beetexting's SaaS offering, Technocentra also provides services like custom software development and managed software services to our clients. We earn revenue for providing these services to our clients on various terms and contracts. I'll focus the rest of the answers on Beetexting as the services business operates in a mature industry.
  - A: 2.) Beetexting operates within a niche called Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS within the telecommunications industry. Even though the space is quite new, there are already several competitors. We expect that is because the A2P space is already a $76 Billion market and set to grow to $100 Billion by 2028 (source: Verified Market Research: Global A2P SMS Market 2021). After all, there are a lot of people for companies to text 😊. With the industry being rather new and moving at a fast pace, the major carriers came together and created The Campaign Registry (CTR). The CTR was created, in large part, to help combat undesired messages from being sent to their customers. Beetexting is what's known as a Campaign Service Provider within the CTR. We help brands create and deliver their SMS campaigns. So, in a sense, other Campaign Service Providers within the CTR are our competitors. You can see Beetexting listed among the other Campaign Service Providers on The Campaign Registry's site. However, as the space is so use-case specific, we wouldn't consider all of the other Campaign Service Providers to be competitors. We'd consider some of them to be potential partners!
