## Story
Batech Corporation, founded in 2019, specializes in recycling hard-to-recycle plastics. With over 30 years of experience in the plastics industry, we have developed a special patent-pending technology and process to recycle wet plastic waste, preventing it from being sent to landfills and incinerators. We operate in the niche recycling business sector, focusing on plastics that are challenging to recycle. Much of the feedstock and waste we handle has not been processed successfully in the past. The materials we are working with presents significant opportunities for recapture and reuse. The ProblemWe aim to intercept and upcycle these growing waste streams. Positioning ourselves as a critical solution provider to meet sustainability targets, reduce landfill volumes, and capture value from high-moisture, high-contamination waste that others can't process. The Solution:Our DDC Extruder machine is patent granted in Japan with patent pending in the U.S. and Europe. It’s able to handle a wide range of input moisture—from completely dry material to feedstocks with up to 95% moisture. Additionally, it uses 28–49% less energy than conventional cutter‑compactor‑based extrusion lines. We process this overlooked waste in our facility in Roanoke, VA and turn it into recycled resin and durable products. We operate with minimal waste, repurpose materials that others discard, and help industries meet their sustainability goals.Recycled Plastic Resin PelletsWe convert wet wipes and food packaging waste into valuable recycled plastic resin pellets. Engineered and in high demand for manufacturing, this resin can also be recycled back into new plastics. Over five years, our approach has delivered successful production runs, market validation, and strong customer interest across multiple applications.In-House ManufacturingWe use injection molding for products like clothes hangers, other retail-ready parts, and profile extrusion for items like fence pickets and decking boards. This gives us the option to expand into product manufacturing alongside resin sales, maximizing value from our recycled plastic.Free & Reliable Access to WasteWe’ve established consistent sourcing from large industrial waste streams that are traditionally sent to landfills and incinerators. This ensures long-term, scalable access to raw material with little to no competition.Typically, companies will pay for their wipe and food packaging film waste to be sent directly to a landfill or incinerator. We get this waste at zero to low-cost from our suppliers, saving them money and the environment from more toxins. With low-cost, high volume raw materials, we can offer competitive pricing while maximizing revenue potential.Scalable Business ModelOur proven recycling and manufacturing technology is adaptable across regions and International markets, allowing for replication and expansion in areas facing plastic waste challenges and demand for sustainable materials. We’re planning on generating revenue from resin sales to product manufacturers and chemical recyclers, as well as machinery sales in the future.Currently, we have four customers that have tested our recycled plastic resins and confirmed their orders. Altogether, these four customers require approximately 80 truckloads per month, which is equivalent to 3,200,000 pounds per month. In addition, we plan to offer our machinery to other industrial recyclers as soon as early 2027. Equipment sales deliver exceptionally strong profitability, with margins reaching up to 156%. This allows us to position our pricing very competitively to accelerate market entry.Join us as we take an untapped resource and turn it into value. Invest in the future of plastic recycling today!
