- Q: Why do you have so many advisers? Are they paid per Diem as a consult or are they straight salary and at what percentage of revenue is spent on them?
  A: We have 6 advisors each representing different areas of the industry. We don't feel this is a large group. As far as the expense associated with them they are unpaid. We may in the future have minor costs associated with them around travel/meeting expenses. In addition, based on individual advisors contribution we will also be granting "Appreciation Units" on an case by case basis that will be drawn from the founders shares.
- Q: Do you have plans to expand into other intense flavors?
  A: We are focused on the Ginger for now. But we may in the future. It is not part our current revenue models.
- Q: What are your plans for placement in liquor stores? Your website doesn't show any place in VT that sells you, but the state is marked as one your product can be found in.
  A: On the map you will see that VT is in grey. We are currently not selling in any of the grey states. VT is a small control state (the State controls market access) so it will be one of the last territories we move into.
- Q: How much did you gross last year? How much did you net?
  A: Our full financial for 2014 and 2015 can be found in the other disclosure section as part of our Form-C below the questions.
- Q: What is the basis for the $4 million valuation?
  A: It is based on a trailing 12 month multiple of revenue (approx. 7.5x). If you refer to page 16 (in the appendix) of our presentation. Which is available under the documents after key facts section on this profile page you will see it is on the lower side of historical transactions.
