## FAQ
1. **When do you expect to open the tap room and begin to generate revenues? When is the estimate repayment start date?**
 - Hi Brandon! We plan to have our taproom open by spring of 2019, which is right at the beginning of peak selling for breweries. 10% of revenues will be distributed to investors every quarter. You can expect payments to start in April or July of 2019.
2. **Hi Laura, I just have a few follow up questions and couldn't figure out how to reply directly to your response...You mentioned in your response "10% of profits will be distributed to investors..." but the offering says 10% of revenues, can you clarify? Assuming it is in fact 1...**
 - Sorry Brandon, Yes 10% of REVENUES will be shared each quarter. So payments will begin at the end of the first quarter that we are open and operating.
3. **So if i invest 500$ in yall company will i get just 500 hundred back or more if your business start to buzz im lost**
 - Hi Christopher! Thanks for your interest. With a $500 investment you'll get a 1.5x return, which would be $750. You'll also get all of the tiered investment perks including two tickets to our Friends and Family Preview Night, the swag package including a t-shirt, sticker and pint glass with your first fill FREE, and if you invest early you'll get two tickets to our Beer School where you'll get to sample beer with our staff and learn about brewing and beer flavors.
4. **& do yall offer dividend in yall stock**
 - Hey Christopher, thanks for the follow up question. Right now we are only raising funds through our debt-based revenue share through Wefunder. We want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to help us grow our business, and share in our success. 10% of our revenues will be shared with investors every quarter until their 1.5 return is repaid.
5. **This is an exciting endeavor. Do you have your zoning permits?**
 - Hi Kate, Thanks for reaching out. The building we are leasing at 137 Berkley St. is currently zoned as CMX-3. We are finalizing the interior design and equipment layout right now, and will be applying for our permits within the next few weeks. The CMX-3 zoning allows for artisan industrial, which includes manufacturing craft beer. We have a zoning attorney that we are working with who has experience with zoning for breweries and will help us get any variances that we may need.

## Q&A
- Q: Do you have an estimate of time to repay the payments?
 - A: Hi Jonathan! As soon as we begin to generate revenue, the first payment will be at the end of that quarter. 10% of revenues will continue to be paid out every quarter until everyone gets paid back their initial investment plus 50% on top. We currently are planning to be open between January and March of 2019. The two variables that will determine how long it will take are 1) How much money we raise from investors on our Wefunder 2) How much revenue we generate We are having some revenue projections reviewed by Wefunder right now and should be posting them as an update today or tomorrow.
- Q: Hi Laura, I do get your newsletter but still not sure when the payments will start? Can you send me a direct message on update? Thanks.
- Q: Still looking for an update on repayment. Thank you.
- Q: Do you have an estimate of time to repay the payments? Have not seen anything on here in a long time.
 - A: Hi Javier. We send out Investor emails with updates throughout the year. Have you been getting those? The email we have may not be current. If you shott me an email Laura@atticbrewing.com I'll make sure you're on our email list.
- Q: Why hasn’t there been any update for investors repayments? Not even on your website is there a section for investors to be updated
 - A: Hi Jennifer. Have you been getting our investor emails? We send them out throughout the year. If you send me an email I can make sure we have the correct info. Laura@atticbrewing.com
- Q: Payback estimate? Only received one small payback.
- Q: Would you be providing us Tax forms (1099) for the payouts ? We would need it for 2019 and 2020
- Q: Thank you for the 1st payment ! Honestly, didn't expect it during pandemic days.. :)
- Q: Hi, is it too late to invest in Attic Brewing Company?
 - A: Hi Camille, Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry but our Wefunder Campaign ended in September of 2018. I'll be sure to keep you posted if we do another. Come visit us in the taproom! Laura
- Q: Laura, I don't know how to reply to your reply so I will just say THANKS SO much for the info on projections and for the comments on Sours. My wife and I both LOVE the Sours. I'm quite interested in what I've read about you guys and will probably invest a little. I don't have a ton to invest at this time, but maybe a little. I'm in NC, but if we ever get up that way, we will have to come visit, for sure !! thanks again SO much. ~Keith
- Q: Hello, If someone has already asked this, my apologies; however, any ballpark idea of projected revenues per year ? By the way, I LOVE Sours, Goses, and I see you have a few... pretty exciting stuff !! ~Keith
 - A: Hi Keith! Thanks for reaching out. I really enjoy sour beers too, we have the Gose and a Berliner Weiss right now and plan to continue experimenting with wild yeasts in the future. We want to have a diverse line up of beers and will try to keep at least one sour beer on all the time. As for the revenue projections, I posted them in an update a few months back. From the home page there should be a drop down under the main picture, click on updates. I posted them in the May 19th updated titled "We are almost at 100 investors." or you can copy and paste this link. https://wefunder.com/updates/91911-attic-brewing-co-has-almost-100-investors Look them over and if you have any questions please let me know. And If you are local, come check us out this Saturday September 1st at Classic Steel with Philadelphia Salvage. Classic cars, music, food, beer and more! https://www.facebook.com/events/2140270312712581/ Cheers! Laura
- Q: I missed the May events - when is the next opportunity to sample your existing beers? Thank you.
 - A: Hi Mark! Thanks for reaching out. Sharing our beer is the best part of owning a brewery! We have lots of events planned for last few weeks of our Wefunder Campaign. Friday August 3rd we will be at the Chestnut Hill Weaver's Way Co-op sampling beer and sausage made with our beer from 5-8pm. https://www.facebook.com/events/2111140532467601/ And Saturday August 11th we will be on Germantown Avenue for the Great Road Festival. https://www.facebook.com/events/233798007226815/ We will continue to post details for the other events on our social media and website. Thanks and Cheers! Laura
- Q: Is your beer vegan? Do you forsee selling food also? I'm interested in investing but I am vegan and would not be interested in a non vegan investment. Thanks and best of luck!
 - A: Hi Lisa, Thanks for reaching out with your question. All of our beers are vegan. We don't plan on using any additives that would change that. And yes we will sell some food. Mostly small snacks and prepared foods like hummus and pickles etc. We are able to have food trucks and plan on partnering with local restaurants for BYO food or delivery. And there are some really good vegan restaurants in the area. Let us know if you have any other questions. Cheers!
- Q: Hello, I invested $1000 in Attic Brewing, but I live in California. I was wondering if there is any way you can send the perk rewards?
 - A: Hi Omri! Thanks for your investment! All of the perks will be mailed to you, including the pint glass, t-shirt and growler. It's not legal for us to mail beer from PA to CA, so when you make a trip out here we'll be sure you get plenty of samples!
- Q: So for out of state investors could only get if in town? :( I'm out on the West Coast ... hmm, how much is a growler fill up? If $10 ish, perhaps $130 per year sent to us instead? (same difference basically to you cost wise? Unless we ever get lucky enough to visit then a good night or two at the tap room!
 - A: Hey Joseph, Sorry it took me a few days to get back to you. We've been non-stop brewing to prepare for Philly Beer Week. Thanks for your suggestion. The brewery's cost for a growler fill is closer to $2 if you can believe it. Beer sold in house has really high profit margins. But let's come up with an alternative to sending you a $26 check. I'm looking into costs of sending 750ml bottles. We might be able to send out 1 per quarter for the length of the repayment period. Or we could definitely put together a tour of Philly that included "a good night or two" at the tap room. :) Todd has been a National Park Service Ranger for 13 years and could tell you more about military history and historic Philadelphia than you'd ever what to know and we both have done our share of research at the other great breweries in Philly. Let me know your thoughts and feel free to email me at Laura@atticbrewing.com
