  A: Hi Brandon! We plan to have our taproom open by spring of 2019, which is right at the beginning of peak selling for breweries. 10% of revenues will be distributed to investors every quarter. You can expect payments to start in April or July of 2019.

  A: Sorry Brandon, Yes 10% of REVENUES will be shared each quarter. So payments will begin at the end of the first quarter that we are open and operating.

  A: Hi Kate, Thanks for reaching out. The building we are leasing at 137 Berkley St. is currently zoned as CMX-3. We are finalizing the interior design and equipment layout right now, and will be applying for our permits within the next few weeks. The CMX-3 zoning allows for artisan industrial, which includes manufacturing craft beer. We have a zoning attorney that we are working with who has experience with zoning for breweries and will help us get any variances that we may need.
