  A: It's just the SAFEs we've taken so far. The SEC requires them to be on the balance sheet as debt.

  A: DEKA R&D'd the LUKE arm, which was commercialized by Mobius Bionics, and FDA approved in 2014. They're a competitor and not part of this deal.
