## Story
What People Are Saying and Why You Should InvestTHE OPPORTUNITY WWE and the UFC are combining to create a Sports and Entertainment Company Valued at approximately $21.4 BILLION Dollars. What does this tell us? Sports and Entertainment are BIG BUSINESS. ARO LUCHA aims to capitalize on this opportunity by targeting an underserved, yet explosively growing market globally and in the United States: The Latino and Hispanic Market. Lucha Libre is to the Latino and Hispanic Market, what Baseball is to the United States...a National Treasure that sees not only mom and dad attend, but kids, and grandparents...it's a 3 generation draw which means the opportunities are endless and WITH YOU, WE WANT OUR PIECE OF THE PIE!WHAT WE DOOur team has created over 300 hours of network television and over 100 episodes of professional wrestling, so we know a thing or two about live production. With team members who have wrestled for the WWE and produced countless live wrestling productions, we're equipped to handle the heavy lifting. Aro Lucha has produced multiple live shows over our existence with thousands of people attending our live events. Our goal is to create a television program, similar to the WWE's Raw and Smackdown, but targeted to our demographic. Lucha Libre is fun, high flying and exciting...with vibrant colors and masks...it's the perfect entertainment for young and old!...BUT THAT'S NOT ALL! WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE THIS!Aro Lucha is moving deeper into the market, similar to major studios like Disney and Pixar, we've partnered with industry titans to create an animated companion show for Aro Lucha. Imagine kids on their phones watching YouTube and devouring our animated content, AND THEN being able to come see their favorite characters LIVE at their local coliseum! We Introduce: The Titans (Meet The Team)These projects might ring a bell? Avatar, Spider Man, Men In Black, Lucha Underground, Transformers, Magic the Gathering...These are all projects that Jeff Gomez and Mark Pensavalle of StarLight Runner touched and worked on. Starlight Runner specializes in the expansion of entertainment properties into highly successful, multi-platform communications and international campaigns. Starlight Runner has partnered with us to do the same for the AroLucha Universe!Tom Bancroft...Former Disney Animator and Founder of Pencilish Animation StudiosPencilish Animation Studios, our animation partners, led by Tom Bancroft, is made up of former Disney, Sony Pictures, and Warner Brothers Legends. Tom Bancroft has worked on some of the most popular and profitable animated features of all time including The Lion King, Pocahontas, and Mulan. Need a taste! Here is the opening sequence to our animated series!WHY WE BELIEVE WE WILL SUCCEED!On of the reasons we believe the WWE was so successful is that they OWNE THIER IP. Just like Disney owns Frozen, Elsa, Anna, and Olof, our goal is to create unique characters that We, YOU, own together so that we can monetize them in a multitude of ways. AroLucha is more than just a Sports and Entertainment Company...Imagine a Global Target Audience with a Domestic Buying Power of $1.9 Trillion Dollars, who have made up approximately 50% of the recent US Population Growth according to a recent report by Nielsen. We aim to be the heartbeat and leader of entertainment of this kind to our market.HOW WE INTEND MAKE MONEY WITH ITThere are multiple potential revenue streams in our model, including Television Programming Licensing, Live Event Tickets Sales, Character and Merchandise Licensing, Animation Show Licensing, Advertising and Marketing Revenue, Sponsorships, and more but THE REAL MONEY in animation comes from all the ancillary licensing and merchandising deals that can be made in areas like publishing, video games, and more from our Characters and Intellectual Property that WE OWN...Together with YOU!!! See the chart below, note how much of the profits come from the franchises' merchandising (yellow).HEAR FROM THE FOUNDERS AND THE TEAM ABOUT THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!CLICK THE INVEST NOW BUTTON AND INVEST BEFORE TIME RUNS OUT!!!

## FAQ
1. **What is the exit strategy?**
 - Hello Andrew, thank you for your question. If you look at the section above on "Our Ambition", our goal is "...to grow into the #1 Lucha Libre Sports & Entertainment Company in the United States." Obviously, this does not happen over night, so we are dedicated to this objective first and foremost. Regarding the exit strategy, we would entertain an offer at some point and time in the future from a publicly traded or private company, noting that the largest company in our space, The WWE is ...
2. **In the Jason Brown’s investor pitch he states the following, “If you would have told me 6 months ago that we would start a professional lucha libre sports entertainment company, I would have laughed at you.” Given the above statement, What are the series of events that ma...**
 - Hello Kevin, thank you for your question. Simple answer, Opportunity. Through a separate company that we owned, my partners and I filmed approximately 100 episodes of professional wrestling for Impact Wrestling that aired on POPtv. After that contract was completed, we began learning about the passionate, growing latino and hispanic market in the United States. Please see this report for information. 3. **How many total shares are outstanding?**
 - Hi Gerald, thanks for the question. As that number is constantly changing with every investment on this platform, and because I don't want to answer incorrectly with regards to outstanding vesting shares, etc, I would refer you to the Form C and the Disclosure docs located on this platform for those specific answers. Hope that helps.
4. **Visited your YouTube channel and pleasantly surprised to find James Storm, MVP and Low Ki! (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NfOTRCTllZ4) Memories of early days of TNA Wrestling somehow.**

5. **What Trevor Dame pointed out about Ron and Don Harris wearing nazi sympathetic t-shirts and tattoos is very concerning. I am unfamiliar with wrestling, but it didn't take more than 10 seconds on google to confirm. I too would like to know what the motivation was associating th...**
 - Hi Andrew. We appreciate your question and the opportunity to address this subject. You mentioned you are unfamiliar with wrestling, so we understand how a comment like this could raise concerns. Ron and Don Harris were performers for the WWE and other popular wrestling promotions during their wrestling careers. When on TV, they were in character, referred to as “a gimmick”, where their character or gimmick were as bikers. They also worked at a time in the industry when there was something ca...

## Q&A
- Q: Near half a million with nothing to show for it. If the company is dissolving how can pencilish get a third. Why wasn't the update posted on wefunder.why are we having to get update emails from a different party, it's not like our shares transferred to pencilish. With this being my 3rd time in like two years requesting updates from this company. To get this abrupt kaput with no warning is just shady
- Q: How are things going? I have not seen any online activity from you guys since I invested In January
 - A: Hi G Lee, thanks for the comment. We've been hard at work behind the scenes with Pencilish and StarLight Runner working on the animated series. We should be updating the page and the showing the progress in the next few weeks! We've done character designs, coloring, animatics, and more!
- Q: I never received this email. So then where is the money
- Q: hi, i just discover a message that you have liquidated, what happen to my investment pls?
- Q: Did everyone but me get an email about the closing/failing of this startup? June 15 - Pencilish Digest posted that this company sent out email to everyone explaining why they folded. Apparently Pencilish Studios purchased 1/3 of the stock and are now majority shareholder.
- Q: Hello. It's been almost 2 years with no updates How to cancel this investment
- Q: Hi.. am an investor of Aro Lucha.. May I suggest to collaborate with a startup company which just closed its campaign a day ago yesterday - wefunder.com/companies/53463...@@@ LIL' LIBROS The #1 family-trusted bilingual children's media publisher built by community
 - A: Hi George, what an amazing idea and company! We'll see if WeFunder can connect us with them!
- Q: I don't understand the valuation. $312k in short-term debt that was due at the end of 2021. Been around for 2-3 years with no revenues and only a good story about being passionate toward an underserved market (admirable, but not a reason to invest on its own). This is an investment in a idea (maybe a good one) and a "trust me, we've got the right people involved." Pencilish partnering with this project ads credibility, but I'm still at a lost to understand the details of that partnership. Also, the friends invest first timeline was very rushed for those of us Pencilish investors who are interested, but have more questions. I'd really like to have a Q&A with Jason Brown to better understand this and would like to see the friends invest first deadline pushed out until that is done. If we look at the median projected net profits of $30k per month and apply a 4.2 multiple to that then this company should be valued at $1.5M. Subtract the debt and the valuation should be $1.2M. The low end net profit estimate of $20k per month yields a valuation of only $700k. Investors should err on the conservative side. So this company, at the discounted friends invest first valuation, is 3X overvalued. What am I missing here?
 - A: Hi Brandon, great question and a valid one. Regulation Crowdfund valuations sometimes differ from traditional valuation models, such as multiple of EBITDA, etc. These valuations are often times for startups, which are inherently difficult to value, where items are taken into consideration that are sometimes outside of generally accepted valuation criteria. I would be happy to do a Q&A and I believe that is something that we could, and should, set up. Let me speak to Tom from Pencilish and StarLight Runner and maybe we can do a Q&A for everyone.
- Q: Proud investor of ARO LUCHA ANIMATION & ENTERTAINMENT
 - A: Thank you George, we're excited to show everyone what we, Starlight Runner, and Pencilish have been working on!
- Q: This is an investment of great proprtions ie ROI AND MORE
 - A: Love it George, thanks for the comment.
- Q: Nice investment
 - A: :)
- Q: I have a business concept in mind and would like to share it with you for more insight and advice, but also to see if you would be open to the idea of a working relationship. It is inspired by Aro Lucha but you may see other innovations within my specific idea as beneficial to your promotion in particular and transformative to the business as a whole. How can we begin a formal process of a business meeting and what advice could you give me in regards to starting a business through WeFunder and other online-based business launching platforms?
 - A: Hi Ronald, please email us at social@arolucha.com with your message. Thank you.
- Q: If u invest does that mean we can make money off this investment?
 - A: Hi Wayne, Yes, since you own stock in the company, you have the potential for a return on your investment, so it is possible to make money off of this investment. Just to be fair, it is also possible to lose money on any investment as well. Thanks for your question.
 - A: Merci Robert. Nous pouvons vous envoyer un email.
- Q: Hello Jason .I do appreciate your response. I will give you my reply. First, SS tattoos were considered disgraceful 25 years ago. So to say they " didn't know" is really a stretch. And, let's really be frank here. Who would even consider an SS tattoo knowing what it represents? Nobody can say "I didn't know" because it is a specific tattoo and a specific reason to get it. You are stretching things to try to explain this away because Nikita Koloff legally changed his name. If they said "we are not bikers but we got tattoos for the gimmick" that would be a fair comparison. But, to get an SS tattoo, knowing what it is (and it meant that 25 years ago as well as today), is something that can not go without questions. Honestly Jason, instead of explaining it away, it would have been very respectful for the guys to just say something like " young , dumb, wanted to be bad ass, we thought white power was cool... we learned, grew, came to God, built families, and are changed men. This is the evidence of our change, Please forgive us and let's make a great company". That would look really good and I would be on board with people who stand up like that. You trying to rationalize it through weak narratives. I also would like you to address the second part which likely would have more impact on the financial viability of this company. Are you bringing in Vince Russo? To have a man who has a documented history of being unfavorable to Hispanic wrestlers and to Lucha style of wrestling, could mean the product he writes or supervises will be very poor and turn off your fans. What do you think? Thanks.
