## FAQ
1. **What are the difference between you and other AI app builders?**
 - The significant difference is that we are the first and the only one that allows people to build their app just by conversation. It does not only mean they can now say what they used to do using the mouse. It means that they can say higher-level concepts, such as users should be able to place real-time bids on NFTs, and our AI automatically added dozens of features to implement it in a few seconds. It could have taken months to build something similar using other app-building platforms
2. **Do you have any patent protection?**
 - Hi Aslam, yes we have provisional patent on your core AI technology
3. **Congrates for the progress so far. I am interested and have few questions. 1. What do you mean by conversation here? Please explain more. Is it just Q & A on app development or if somebody never done it before is able to do it without any frustration? 2. IS it a faster/eas...**
 - Hi Badal, great questions. Here is some clarification: 1. Our users can speak their minds, and AI will understand what they say regarding the type of app and features they mention and automatically implement it. 2. We don't have a way of migrating existing apps to our platform. Users need to start building their apps in Apsy. But it sounds like a great feature to add to our future versions. I just added that to our roadmap :) 3. I would not call it a challenge, but we would like to add as man...
4. **Hi interesting concepts, congrats on what you have achieved so far. I have a few questions. 1. What are the different app categories you support today? 2. is it only mobile apps or web apps too? 3. your MRR is 30k in oct. what is the current MRR? 4. did you raise any parallel ...**
 - Hi Krishnan, Here you go: Our app builder tools support a wide range of app categories since they are industry-agnostic. Our conversational AI also supports different types of apps, but we offer more advanced features for specific categories such as digital health, marketplace, e-commerce, and social. We have released the first version of our conversational AI with these features. The current MRR is $47k. We have raised $0.5M from angels and accelerators, and we have not raised any parallel r...
5. **Hi Tooraj, Thanks for the quick response. I have one follow-up question. It's mentioned you will have 18 month runway if you hit your min goal which you did. 1. When do you anticipate to go for next round of funding? 2. are there any metrics you are looking to achieve before t...**
 - I am panning to raise 2M in the next 3 months. It would be 2M less what I can raise here. And yes I would like to first public version if our AI app builder be launched which should have in the next few months.

## Q&A
- Q: Wow! It looks very amazing! AI is incredibly developing in our nowadays world. It helps us every day, especially in IT. Btw, there are even new companies, such as https://cloudflex.team/, that provide different IT solutions by using AI. It's just wonderful!
- Q: Thank you for the response. As a quick follow up, considering the current market conditions and challenges for raising $, do you have a plan for profitability if additional funding in the short term is not possible? I see your cost of sales was almost the same as revenue last year, with the increase of MRR revenue will this push you towards even? I appreciate it!
- Q: Hi. What is Apsy Inc current MRR? How have conversations with institutional investors been going?
- Q: Do you have a long term exit strategy or plan for investors to eventually see a return? (Acquisition / IPO / etc.) Thank you!
 - A: Given the major players in the low-code market, such as Microsoft and Amazon, I think the acquisition would be a potential exit. In 2021 Google bought Appsheet for 100M. Considering our superior product, we have had cases where users came to us after trying AppSheet. Therefore, I can see that we would be approached for acquisition. That said, if our valuation keeps soaring, I will wait longer, and then IPO could also become an option.
- Q: Congrates for the progress so far. I am interested and have few questions. 1. What do you mean by conversation here? Please explain more. Is it just Q & A on app development or if somebody never done it before is able to do it without any frustration? 2. IS it a faster/easier ways existing apps done in other platforms can be migrated to apsy and update as needed? 3. What is the biggest challenge yo have right now besides economic headwinds. 4. Revenue projection what scenarios cannot be met next few years. 5. Who are notable angles investors besides lead Ramesh.

I just added that to our roadmap :) 3. I would not call it a challenge, but we would like to add as many advanced features, such as features used in the Crypto app, etc., to support more users. I also like to do more intense marketing to spread the word. 4. Our current MRR is $30K, and we expect to hit $0.6M, $5M, $15M, and $23M MRR in the next few years. If we don't raise as expected, we will still grow slower since we already have around $30K/Month in revenue. 5. Techstar, Sunstone, and Tech Coast Angeles are notable investors

- Q: Are you out of business?
- Q: Is this company out of business? Looks like the CEO started a new job.
- Q: It doesn't look like this company is active any longer.
- Q: This round was listed as $10 million. It looks like you are trying to get interest for a new round at a $7 million valuation. Thoughts on that?
 - A: Hi Adam, First, I am still contemplating, so I am gauging interest to get there. The posted value is Pre-valuation, and my goal is to raise $3M so that the post value comes to $10M. This will be a flat round compared to pre-seed. The reason is that valuations have significantly reduced over the past two years. I would have raised $20M+ at this stage if it was two years ago.
- Q: What does your patent cover? How do you compare yourself to Appy Pie?
 - A: Our patent covers the process we use to extract the information and use it with our algorithms to turn them into an app. AppyPie is a drag-and-drop app builder, so it suffers from what other no traditional code tools suffer—a long learning curve and requiring tech know-how. Our approach is different. It only requires the user to speak their mind, and our AI does the rest. Our approach is based on many years of research and is not immutable but normal engineering work. The way I see it is that as no code users see the superiority of our approach, they turn to us, and we will be able to capture a significant portion of the market.
- Q: Sounds like a cool concept. The overview tab is pretty brief... would recommend really hitting it home what you are doing, how it is disruptive to what is out there, etc. What do you anticipate revenue to be for 2023/2024?
 - A: Thank you for your interest in our concept! We appreciate your feedback regarding our overview tab and will certainly take your suggestion into consideration. Our goal is to provide a user-friendly, AI-driven app building platform that eliminates technical hurdles and simplifies the app building process for everyone. We believe that our approach to app development is disruptive and innovative, as it removes the need for technical expertise, costly development teams, and long timelines. By democratizing the app building process and making it accessible to everyone, we are opening up opportunities for individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses alike to bring their ideas to life. Regarding our anticipated revenue for 2023/2024, we are optimistic based on our strong start in the first two months of 2023. We are currently at $600K ARR, with almost 50% growth compared to December 2022. We expect this growth to continue as we expand our user base and release our upcoming AI app builder, Gamma, which will eliminate technical hassles for users. Thank you again for your interest in our concept, and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or feedback.
- Q: Hi Tooraj, Thanks for the quick response. I have one follow-up question. It's mentioned you will have 18 month runway if you hit your min goal which you did. 1. When do you anticipate to go for next round of funding? 2. are there any metrics you are looking to achieve before that? 3. Also it's mentioned in form-c you have 600k in revenue in 1st year of operation but your MRR is 47k today, do you have non subscription revenues too?
 - A: I am panning to raise 2M in the next 3 months. It would be 2M less what I can raise here. And yes I would like to first public version if our AI app builder be launched which should have in the next few months.
- Q: Hi interesting concepts, congrats on what you have achieved so far. I have a few questions. 1. What are the different app categories you support today? 2. is it only mobile apps or web apps too? 3. your MRR is 30k in oct. what is the current MRR? 4. did you raise any parallel round with VCs or angels with the wefunder raise at this time, if yes, how much did you raise? 5. what are your top product and business goals for 2023? 6. How many team members do you have today and how they are distributed? 7. How many paying customers do you have today? 7. What is your GTM strategy? 8. What are roles you are looking to hire in 2023? 9.I noticed 2 products automata, panaroma? Can customers buy subscription to these product individually?
 - A: Hi Krishnan, Here you go: Our app builder tools support a wide range of app categories since they are industry-agnostic. Our conversational AI also supports different types of apps, but we offer more advanced features for specific categories such as digital health, marketplace, e-commerce, and social. We have released the first version of our conversational AI with these features. The current MRR is $47k. We have raised $0.5M from angels and accelerators, and we have not raised any parallel round with VCs. Our top product and business goals for 2023 are to launch our conversational app builder that does not require human intervention, release new features for our app builder and conversational AI, and expand our customer base. We currently have 4 leadership team members based in the west coast US and 15 offshore developers and designers. We have a growing number of paying customers, we have served 50 so far. Our go-to-market strategy includes targeted advertising, content marketing, and partnerships with other companies in the app development space. In 2023, we plan to hire a VP of Growth, marketing staff, and an NLP specialist to support our product development and customer acquisition efforts. Yes, customers can subscribe to each of our products individually. We offer two main products: Automata, which is our app builder, and Panaroma, which is our conversational AI.
