1. **How do you plan on making inroads into existing medical systems that rely heavily on established EMR systems such as EPIC ? What is your strategic plan?**
   - Our plan is to work with both EMR companies and also hospitals. We are already in discussions with some EMR and hospital systems as well to see how we can augment some of their modules with our Blockchain solution focusing on specific use cases like Patient data validation and security. We are not replacing EMR systems we are providing a transformation solution.
2. **Hi Dennis, In point #6 you mentioned your solution is used at a few place. Why is there no revenue as of yet? Thanks, Kevin**
   - Hello Kevin,Our phase one solution went to market Sept -October 2019 and we onboarded some customers. Fiscal year is based on 2019 when were still in development pre-revenue.   - A: Hello Helen,We’re in the process of updating our white paper however to answer your question. We’re using a permissioned Blockchain in particular Quorum and for added&nbsp;data security were utilizing a custom constellation enclave in addition to Quorums features of data management, processing, security etc.On $2,500/ monthly&nbsp;revenue that’s based on initial physician group clients (early adopters)&nbsp;that&nbsp;are paying for Licensing only and $700k is based on revenue projections for&nbsp;hospitals that are in our pipeline.Thanks&nbsp;

  - A: Our projections were initially based on us meeting our raise amount of $2.5M which would have allowed us to finish our phase 2 development, on-boarding staff, operations, client acquisition etc. Since the raise goal was not attained thus the revision in projections, thanks.

- Q: Hello I just invested but I just realized I overlooked the mentioning of a utility token. If you do decide to develope a utility token would you be reaching out to your investors (privately) first for early funding of white paper development or wall street ? I ask because I am aware of what Crypto and defi tokens are and know it's the early investors of ico's that make the big dollars when it launches before wall street jumps in and has turned poor people into ferrari owning beach front property type people,LoL. Alot are scams I won't trust so I'd love to invest in that at a later date separate from this SAFE if it becomes available. Other than that congrats on the patent and glad to be able to invest in something I myself have a personable need for and someone with an exceptional product that no body knows they need yet but will.
