  A: Hi Jarrett - It depends on how much capital is raised. We have fixed valuations of each of the horses based on market input and our expertise, and depending on how much capital is raised, there will be a portion of capital allocated to purchase the existing bloodstock and capital set aside in reserve. Given the relative valuations of each of the horses, we expect Max Player to be a majority of the value. Please see the attachments for more information.

  A: Prospective investors will be buying stock in a the corporation, Annestes Thoroughbreds. Depending on the size of the raise, equity interests in each of the horses will be purchased. Purse earnings and revenues from potential stallion fees will accrue to the value of the corporation. The board of directors of the corporation can issue dividends from time to time or re-invest the capital in new bloodstock. I hope this helps.
