If we were to go public, you would already own shares of the company beforehand because your convertible note would convert your cash into shares well before the public would be able to buy them on the stock exchange.

  A: Hi James! Yes -- since the airing of the morning show, we've gone on to sell out our production runs 2x! We are currently gearing up for a major appearance which should accelerate even more online sales and are currently in discussion with one of the largest US retail chains.   A: Hi Karolina! Currently we do a quarterly update to investors and would include the WeFunder participants as part of that. We have one annual board meeting as well, and many of those details would be shared with investors at large as well (this usually happens in May).
