## FAQ
1. **I’m Canadian and trying to make an investment. The website says that I can’t invest from my location. What are my options?**
   - Hi Allen Please see the reply we have from WeFunder : *** Quebec, Alberta, and Ontario have local laws that prevent them from investing in Reg CF. To comply, we have to prevent anyone with an address in those three provinces from investing. If they used an address that is not in one of those provinces, they would be able to invest. *** Hope this helps. Chris
2. **Excited to hear what this club is doing and I'm looking to make an investment. Wondering if/when the club gets promoted to the Premiership, would investors be able to sell their shares?**
   - Yes.
3. **Now that the goal has been met and surpassed, how can we expect additional funds to be spent?**
   - Hi Thomas. Thank you for investing in the club. The initial goal of $50k was a standard goal set by WeFunder as a 'Test the Waters' campaign to ensure the viability of the raise. Our goal is to raise in excess of $200k. All money raised on the We Funder platform will be discussed with the ownership community to decide (together) what is the best way to spend the funds to ensure the best outcome for the club.
4. **How will the investors make a profit**
   - Investors may make a profit by earning dividends (dividends are not guaranteed) or by a rise in stock value should the club be sold in the future or by the ability to sell shares on a marketplace (should that become possible). The shares offered are restricted securities and cannot be sold by investors on an exchange and will not be able to be sold on an exchange unless they are registered in the future. Currently, we do not plan to register the shares in the near future.
5. **Regarding contracts... the investment pages indicates contracts will be available when your reservation is ready to convert into an investment and after the company finalizes its contract terms and finishes all other legal disclosures, I would receive an email asking you to re...**
   - Hi Devon, yes this is my undersrtanding.

## Q&A
- Q: Myself and others on the Facebook page are wondering… we invested at $100 a share, and now suddenly the investment is going through at $333 a share, diluting the promised value. Will the $100 a share be honored to those investors? The pitch was we were ‘betting’ the club would be worth 10 million in 10 years or less but now in the past week its evaluation has gone from 2.5 million to 10 million? I think many of us would like an explanation to the sudden change, especially those who invested before the change but the value is not being honored. 8/6/2024 Edit: Chris called me directly and helped me understand the different evaluation rounds offered before and after mid June. I didn't know that even though Wefunder had taken the money out of my account it still hadn't officially gone to the club yet and therefore wasn't invested at the initial 750k goal. Thanks for your call Chris!
  - A: Hi Mike. This has been addressed in a recent updates : https://wefunder.com/updates/174718-incredible-progress-over-1-3m-raised-and-4200-investors-worldwide Having reached our initial goal of $750K and being in a very fortunate position of being over subscribed we had a choice to make. 1. We accept the $750k and close the round (meaning everyone who invested after 8th May 2024 would miss out) 2. Continue the raise at the current valuation (meaning that we would have limited shared available and our potential would be limited) 3. Raise the valuation of the company, release more shares and set a new campaign goal. Due to the campaign momentum and amount of goodwill shown to the campaign we chose the 3rd option as this allows for us to continue to accept investment and continue to grow the community. This is good news for everyone. For anyone who came in on the first round, the valuation of their investment has increased and for anyone coming in after the first round, they still have an opportunity to invest and own part of the club. Hope this helps. Best Chris
- Q: Quick question. I made an investment nearly two months ago. As the new season is about to begin, I have yet to receive any updates or the jersey of the team. Could you kindly inform me about the expected timeframe for the entire process? I am looking forward to receiving my jersey and any updates. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards,
  - A: Hello Jerseys being produced by Le Coq Sportif who were partners for the Olympics so there is a slight backlog and their manufacturing closes in August. We are hoping to ship all jerseys end of September. Thanks for you patience. Chris
- Q: If the investment window has extended, to what date and will that impact when investors receive the investor perks, such as access to the owners community (discord), the welcome packet and toolkit? Thanks.
  - A: Hi Vincent, We have provisionally extended the date till end of July, though the new Form C allows for an extension of us to one year. We are hopeful and confident of achieving our target of $750k before July 2024. Toolkits and digital ownership certificates as well as access to our discord can be sent in the meantime, though physical perks such as kits, etc will be sent once the funds have been collected. Best Chris
- Q: Hi all, I think like most we would just like a quick explanation on pending investments that we done pre-new evaluation. As when lots of people did, it was 1 share per $100 investment... Now it is showing no shares at all with new investment (would this mean if I was to increase my investment there would now be no additional shares... Eg. Investment of an extra $1000 for 10 more shares). So does this mean no more shares as it will dilute the overall previous investments? Cheers
  - A: Hello With the new valuation, 1 share is $333, though you can still invest a minimum $100 and own part of the club. Thanks for your support. Chris
- Q: Hi Chris! I invested a few weeks ago. (early Nov) I was wondering when the Toolkit, Discord, and perks will be shipped/access granted. The funds were collected for this round, but I know you still need to file. Was just curious - I'd love for it to arrive in time for the holiday (it is a gift) Thanks so much!
  - A: Hi Emily Thanks for your support. We send the perks out in batches at $200-499 level once the investment has been confirmed. The ownership certificate and tool kit is digital and you should have already received this. Please check your spam and let us know. You can Email any queries to : certificate@caledonianbraves.com and someone will get back to you. Chris
- Q: Hi there, is there any updates on certificates and perks for the last round of wefunder investors? I’ve emailed the certificates address and haven’t gotten a response back yet. I know you are probably busy with thousands of people asking the same thing, could you put out some comms to the investors please? A timeline for certs and perks would help a lot. Thank you!
  - A: Hi Paul We have a final list of confirmed investors and kits have cleared customs so we are now in a position to deliver appropriate perks to the community at last :) Thanks for your patience.
- Q: Hi all, I was just curious when I could expect to see anything in terms of the “perks” or ownership certificate, etc. I bought in back in November and haven’t gotten so much as a confirmation email. If I didn’t see my investment in my portfolio on wefunder, I’d think my money was just gone. Anyways, thanks for your time and good luck the rest of the way.
  - A: Hello Josh We have a final list of confirmed investors and kits have cleared customs so we are now in a position to deliver appropriate perks to the community at last :) Thanks for your patience.
- Q: How do I purchase an ownership stake as a gift?
  - A: Our understanding is that the investment needs to be in the name of the person making the investment though we can provide a certificate with the name of your friend on it for demonstrative purposes only. Alternatively you could buy a share as a gift but that person would need ot be with you at the time of investment (ie couldnt be a surprise).
- Q: Hi, I have seen that the perks associated with the different tiers were changed. Will we still get the perks from the time we signed up or are these revised terms associated with the investment?
  - A: Hello The perks remain largley the same. The main change is that for $1,000 you will receive 2 jerseys instead of a call 1-1 call with the coach :) If you prefer a call, this can be arranged. Best Chris
- Q: Hello, I'm new to all of this so apologies if these are basic questions. I see investor perks at roughly 1 "share" per $100. How many shares are currently being made available and what percentage of the club does this represent? Are there plans for future funding rounds / share sells and would that dilute any current shares that exist?
  - A: Hi Chris 50% of the authorized shared are outstanding and the club is offering 25% of the total authorized shares now. We intend to offer the final 25% in future raises. Our aim is to make the Braves a 50 + 1 club similar to what we see in Germany.
- Q: How will the investors make a profit
  - A: Investors may make a profit by earning dividends (dividends are not guaranteed) or by a rise in stock value should the club be sold in the future or by the ability to sell shares on a marketplace (should that become possible). The shares offered are restricted securities and cannot be sold by investors on an exchange and will not be able to be sold on an exchange unless they are registered in the future. Currently, we do not plan to register the shares in the near future.
- Q: I have never received my starter kit for my investment?
- Q: Hello, Love the project !!! This is my first time investing in a platform like this - the status of my investment is pending. I am a UK national and resident is there any special forms I have to fill out etc. ? It's a little bit confusing to me 😊
  - A: Hi Thomas Sit tight, all is well. You can contact support@wefunder.com for specific instructions regarding your investment and why it may be pending. Thanks for you support. Chris
- Q: When are the investor perks sent? It's been quite some time and still haven't received anything
  - A: Hi Anthony Perks $500+ (kit) are still to be shipped. We are waiting on delivery from Le Coq Sportif in France and once we receive them, they will be shipped immediately.
- Q: Is the certificate of ownership something that gets mailed directly to me? Or is it something that we have to print off on our own? Really hoping that it is something mailed out and very official to have something beautiful to hang on my wall.
  - A: Hi Andrew For logistical reasons, the certificate is digital format, though you can certainly print this off and frame it.....And send us a nice photo :) Chris
