  A: Great question Michael. Unfortunately, it is one block away from an opportunity zone but it is in a HEZ - Health Equity Zone as well as area that would be the focal point of CRA.Details and the agreement has all information around the offering. Q3 2022 to Q1 2023 is break ground estimate.
