We started it because small businesses are getting crushed. Not from lack of work, but from lack of structure. Too many tools, no real systems, and no guidance on how to actually run and grow a company.
So instead of trying to fix everything at once, we picked one industry and solved it properly.
That became RoofStack.
RoofStack installs the systems most companies are missing. Marketing, recruiting, sales processes, SOPs, training, and financial structure. Not just software, but a way to actually run the business.
Right now we have over 120 companies using it, and we’ve already started generating revenue.
That told us one thing. The problem is real, and the solution works.
The next step is building XCORE.
XCORE is the back office layer. Accounting, HR, job costing, operations, all in one place. When you combine that with RoofStack, it stops being a tool and becomes the operating system the business runs on.
Once that’s in place, we don’t rebuild from scratch.
We take the same system and apply it to other industries.
Same model. Same structure. Different vertical.
That’s how this scales.
What we’re doing now
We’re raising 1.2 million dollars to do two things.
First, scale RoofStack to 10,000 users at 50 dollars per user. That’s a 500,000 dollar per month engine.
Second, finish XCORE so we can increase retention, improve margins, and prepare for expansion into other industries.
