To be honest both. Our company, Roll Craft, is building a reskinable platform that will allow us to rapidly launch new games in different styles and genres with the same infrastructure. The first game will be a fantasy style game under the Roll Craft banner, but will have its own name (to be determined by our investors). Each new game will be under Roll Craft, so your investment is part of the subsequent titles.

What is the exit plan (acquisition, IPO, merger, etc.) in which investors will be able to see a ROI?

Hey Bugg, thanks for the question. Our ideal goal is to build up the games to a point where a larger studio would look to acquire us. In the games industry this is a common exit for start-up game studios.

Hey Kevin, thanks for the question. With the $86k we currently have we will have enough to cover the development and server costs to launch the game. The additional funds will help us with future development, user acquisition and operational costs. The additional funds will allow us to go faster, but we're still going to be able to launch.
