Roadmap & Strategy

GroundWorx is raising a $1.2M capital round to accelerate sales, expand the team, and build momentum over the following days, along with an aggressive sales tactic to secure enterprise accounts and convert a $4.2M pipeline.

GroundWorx will achieve this through three core strategic objectives: Accelerate GTM Velocity, Product Hardening, and Operational Scalability. Together, these initiatives position GroundWorx for efficient growth and long-term execution.

To support these priorities, the $1.2M capital raise will be allocated as follows for the runway of 18-24 Months:

40% on Sales & Marketing

For the overall Growth, 480K will be used from the 1.2M capital raise for content production, launching major trade events, and also expansion of the team, specifically hiring a VP of Sales & Regional Managers.

30% on Product Development

That is 360K on the Product and will be used to hire 2 Senior Full-Stack Developers, along with the development and expansion to next-gen sensor prototypes. Some funds are also allocated for the AI-model’s further development, training, and the IP’s patent filing for the foreseeable expansion in the future

30% on Operations & Teams

For Operations, similar to Product Development, we are allocating $360K of the $1.2M capital raise. These funds will support core operational needs, including securing product materials, covering legal and compliance requirements, implementing a customer success platform, and strengthening overall operational infrastructure.
